Loved the stay

Like the setup, convenient location.

the suit was ok, strange lay out. Walls and pictures were dirty, but washroom and bedding were clean, the beds were very uncomfortable( hard ) so if you like hard beds you might like it. Over all it was not bad for the price

Hosts were great. Addressed all our needs in a timely manner. Would stay here again. The unit we rented was clean and spacious.

We arrived quite late. The house was half under ground. Parking on street was limited. The rooms were clean, plenty space for my family.

I was not told it had stairs going down. We had a great grand mother with us. It is in the basement . There was no heat and we all slept in the cold . The owner said a window was open and do could not turn the heat on . I texted 1 am to get warmth. At six he wrote back that he can bring a heater. . There were hardly any dishes, no soap in the bathroom . Very substandard for ANB. Bad .

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE The property was an underground basement apartment and was filthy. There was black mold in the shower. There were stains on the furniture covered up by a towel, and stains on a slip cover that were being covered by a chair cushion that was originally supposed to be covered by the slip cover due to other stains. There was grease and gunk on the floor boards. There was half an inch of greasy dust accumulated on the ceiling fan. The whole property smelled of mildew and moisture. There was damage to the walls that just hadn’t been repaired. It was so bad that we left after spending just 15 minutes to book another location through Expedia, who after going back several times has told us “too bad” in effect and that the property denies us a refund and Expedia won’t either. Hugely dissatisfied with this, and we’re out several hundred dollars for a 15 minute stay in a dirty pit.

This suit was ideal for our situation. We just needed somewhere clean and comfortable and convenient to stay during a kid's sports weekend and this worked perfectly.

It has weird smell, can’t cook or wash clothes but they have a washing machine with $10 per load. It’s not for 5 people stay.

A great clean place, it was just very cold and the heating didn’t seem to be working and there were no spare blankets. A very minor problem in a great place! Would return.

Our fav place to stay in Surrey. A real home away from home. We have stayed many times and plan to in the future as well.

Nice and spacious property, good location and great value. The cabins are basements units in the host's house and come well equipped. Host is extremely helpful and communicative - our toaster didn't work and she immediately came down with a replacement. She also accommodated my request for a charging point for my electric car in front of the house. The unit doesn't have washer dryer though, and kitchen only has basic equipment and condiments. Unit was pretty clean and had most of the things we needed.

Nice place feels like home

This is not a hotel/motel experience. It is an apartment in a house. No live tv. Only netflix, that works sometimes, and turns off by itself. The beds are very squeaky/noisy. No individually packaged coffee grounds, (only, dried out coffee grounds in a vase, with no aroma), also the sugar is rock hard, and not in individual packages, (only in a bottle). When we arrived, we did not know where to go. we parked to see if we were in the correct location. When we came back to our vehicle, a house owner started yelling/screaming at us for parking in front of the house. We were never informed where we can park. Only where not to park. The heater is controlled by the house owner. We could not turn the heat up or down. We parked our vehicle in the driveway of the house. The tree weeps something that made our vehicle dirty. Our vehicle needs to be washed after only one night's stay. Over all, not a good place to stay, unless you are an out of town contractor, looking for a bed to sleep on.
