Staff was very friendly, helpful, and pleasant.

Location was fantastic for Lake Louise which allowed us to walk from the accommodation to hikes around Lake Louise. Free parking was a big bonus. Lodges were very clean and well equipped with house keeping available each day which was always done at a high standard. Staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Lite cleaning of the room each day was helpful. It was nice getting the room stocked with oatmeal and granola bars each day. Small kitchen allowed us to cook meals and save money. We could walk to Lake Louise each day (huge savings not having to worry about a bus and timing things out).

Clean and comfortable room, well equiped kitchinet, easy parking, helpfuul staff. Very good lokated for visiting Banff NP and Yoho NP.

The staff were amazing as were the views. Easy walk to Lake Louis lakeshore. About 40 minutes uphill. Very comfortable and convenient. And the coffee was amazing. The TV didn't work while we were there but we were out most of the time so didn't really notice.

Beautiful location! Very clean place. Loved renting e bikes and heading to lake Louise. Is must stay if in the area. Check in time could be bit more flexible

This is the best place we have stayed in Canada. The staff were all lovely and helpful. The manager and his family were also friendly and provided great information on things to do in the area. We hired the ebikes for the day and cycled up to Lake Morraine, Lake Louise and the Great Divide trail. All awesome. The laundry was well priced and convenient. Thanks to the entire team at Paradise Lodge for providing such a positive experience for us.

We love the location and they cozy little cabins. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downfall was the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were too hard.

We had a fantastic stay at Paradise lodge. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly and helpful, but a special thank you goes to Madeline, who helped us resolve an important issue during our stay. She was incredibly accommodating and made a real difference to our experience. Our cabin was exceptionally clean, cozy, and welcoming, making it a wonderful place to relax after a day of exploring. The location is excellent - just a 5-minute drive from Lake Louise Village, and Lake Louise itself is within walking distance (about 20 minutes uphill). The complimentary porridge, freshly ground coffee, and snacks were a lovely touch and much appreciated. They also lent us bear spay at no additional cost. We truly felt welcomed throughout our stay and were impressed by the warmth and hospitality of the team. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This place is excellent. We took the fairview suite that came with amazing mountain views. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils to cook which was really helpful with a young child. It was also convenient to drive to yoho national park and ice fields parkway from the hotel. Direct paid shuttles to Lake louise and moraine lake were also very convenient. The only downside were the mattresses that were some rundown spring mattresses and not so great. Other than that we loved everything about this place

Overall, the cabin was very spacious compared to those newly built franchise accommodations. It was also very clean!

The staff were absolutely fantastic. Super close to the national park and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

This is our second stay here, and in our opinion, is the best place to stay if you wish to see Lake Louise and camp, but not camp. We've had the family room, which has two beds, a couch, and kitchen. The staff is phenomenal, and even stopped by to clean, which we don't see often in hotels anymore. Our TV went out and someone was there in a jiffy to correct it. Overall, it's clean, comfortable, and you can save by bringing in your own meals (microwave and fridge in room). You'll love the coziness of the place!

Great cabins with plenty of amenities.

The place is rustic and homey and very close to Lake Louise. The units have full kitchens stocked with coffee, milk , cream, and drip coffee carafes. Each unit has a patio or balcony that overlooks the park-like setting and the mountains. We enjoyed our stay there and would definitely stay there again. It’s worth mentioning that there are no elevators, so you must carry your luggage up stairs if you are in a second- floor unit.

If there is a near-luxury log cabin, Paradise Lodge & Bungalows would be close to satisfying my ideal log cabin stay. Our room was Fairview Suite, which faced the road connect Lake Louise town to Lake Louise. The office (a small cottage) is open only till 6pm in May, and check in went smoothly. They had free hot chocolate and hot apple cider, with cookies and muffins for guests while the cottage was open. The counter staff were very friendly and told us where to park our car. The staff checked in on us to see if we needed anything more than once a day, including brining us creamer and oat milk which we used them up. Our room was a rustic one-bedroom suite, with a Queen bed, small kitchen with stove, large fridge (stocked with milk and creamer), microwave, quality stainless cookware and Corelle dishes. Even though there’s no complementary breakfast, granola bars and packets of instant oats and fresh-ground coffee were provided. And oh my, the owner must be a coffee lover – our suite came with quality glassware to make drip coffee to make a nice Americano. I can image if you’re stocked up with food, this suite would be a cozy nest even if you’re snowed in.
