The inn was conveniently located to everywhere I needed to go. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was spotless and the bed comfortable. I would have given 5 stars except for the fact that there was a power outage on Friday night that lasted almost 1.5 hours and the hotel had NO GENERATOR!! You simply cannot have people sitting in their rooms in the dark for that long. The young night clerk was very apologetic, but I got the feeling he didn't really know what to do. I asked him if he had called the power company to get an update and he replied, "I'm sure somebody called". He told me he was watching the street to see if any of the businesses across from the hotel had power. I ended up contacting the power company myself to get information about the outage. I found it disturbing that nobody from management showed up. People asked for water and evidently there was no supply for emergencies bcs the young man apologized that everything he had has been given out. I heard him on the phone with what I assumed was a manager, judging by the conversation, but no manager ever bothered to show up. I feel that the situation was about as mismanaged as it could get. I would strongly suggest that management invest in a generator for future emergencies.

We had a wonderful stay. The room is very clean. Property well maintained. The owner and staff are very nice. Very convenient location: 10 minutes from Windsor Crossing Premium Outlet, 5 minutes from Devonshire Mall and lots of restaurants around.

Rooms were spacious amd clean, staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was reasonably good. Location was excellent with easy connectivity to the Ambassador Bridge and shopping malls. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance makes this the ideal place to stay!

Convenience and close to the border

When we arrived they gave us an up grade to a king suit with kitchenette. Very nice room!
