Room was okay, not very clean.

When we arrived at Mozaik Motel, we were told that she couldn't find our reservation, there was no computer in front of her, and said they have been having issues with Expedia reservations and couldn't see it. We were redirected to their sister motel, Beach Club Motel, just across the street. The outside looks promising and nice. We paid the same as the price I was given on my reservation which I know was a cheap price but it's 5mins by car to where we will be going. And of course we used Expedia to save money and find a decent place to shower, get ready and sleep for the night. We were in a hurry when we checked in as I have to be at the event I was going to. We were given room 4, and once we got in, it smelled like smoke, like have been smoked in when it says no smoking on the mirror. We were also supposed to be booked on a single queen bed but was given double bed. The ac has wholes on every button and looked very old, it was in cool but it seemed like it was on fan. The bed was too short for my partner so he has an awful sleep. The exhaust in the bathroom was so loud, there's no separate switch for the light so you can't turn off the exhaust fan. The shower has a whole, the drain has no cover so if you drop an accessory, you won't be able to get and will just go down the drain, same with the sink. The tipping point was having one washcloth in our room when it's meant for 4 people. When we asked for more the next day, they gave us 1 and 1 kitchen cloth. Terrible night!

Close to the Beach...but nothing special about this property. Cheap but adequately clean.

Shower was very nice.

Mostly a comfortable standard motel room. However, there was an animal scratching in the ceiling space above my head in the early mornings. In addition, the guest in the room next to mine had loud guests after 11 pm and early at 06:00 am.

Didn’t like the small shower stall and the room smelled like bad BO. The AC unit was right above your head while in the bed. Loud so I couldn’t run it. Door was hard to open and close because it was hitting the floor. Again it was cheap so I didn’t expect any more.

Rooms were very clean

Sofa chairs all had a springs that hit the back — Very uncomfortable. Pillows were very flat, windows were dirty. Bed was older and uncomfortable. Pool looked nice and people were using it. Fridge was good. The owner was helpful and started our window air conditioner when we couldn’t get it started.

Very clean and in a good location

This place is NOTHING like advertised. They asked us to fill out all of our personal information which was very strange as we were travelling all week and NOT one place asked us for this information only our license plate number. So we asked to see the room first so he showed us. WHAT A DISGUSTING PLACE. The beds need to be replaced as the sag in the centre and they are basically on the floor. The room also had a odour that turns the stomach. We could not see pay that price for the place so we left. The grounds need a lot of work grass not cut trees need a good trimming. Stay away from this place.
