Large air conditioned room with mini fridge. It’s in a very central location for exploring the beautiful Laurentians . I went paddle boarding for a day on Lac St Dennis and there are lots of other great locations. 20 minute drive to the Cathedral town of St Jerome and it’s nice restaurants. Apparently there’s a brewpub restaurant very near and lots of opportunities for outdoor physical activities.

Hôtel abandonnée! Nous avons attendu près d’une heure pour qu’un employé se présente sur les lieux pour le Check in à 17:30! Ne pas prendre de chambre au sous-sol, odeur très forte d’humidité et de cigarette.

Propre, personnel gentil, il faisait un peu chaud dans la chambre

La baignoire à remous était parfaite, le lit tree confortable

Belle chambre,un peu d entretien et de nouveau équipement serait bon pour la salle de bain.

Always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Staff is welcoming, rooms are clean and the price are more than affordable compared to other hotels in the area. They allow us to stay with our dog, which is the greatest thing about this hotel. 🐕

Grande déception pour cet hôtel. Bain à remous payé en supplément mais inutilisable (commande enlevée/défectueuse). Chambre catastrophique : bestioles partout (insectes, araignées). Chauffage sec rendant l’air inconfortable, nuits agitées.

It was perfect for a ski trip at st-sauveur

It is average, at Check in the Room had not been Serviced from the previous guest, so we went out for dinner and when we came back the room was serviced. We spent 2 nights the next day there was no room service.

I found a cockroach in the room :(, And the room smelled of moisture, the bed covers were dirty, air conditioning with very dirty filters. bathroom with accessories in poor condition : (

Room had a small rock on the carpet that I stepped badly on it. They forget a part of the Vacum cleaner in the room. The shampoo sample and the bath soap in the bath top was too old and smell the old. I had to leave earlier then expected because I didn’t feel it was enough clean

The receptionist was very nice. The room was clean but the first floor smelt mouldy because of high humity. My son kept sneezing non stop as soon as we got there, we had to sleep with the window opened to let fresh air in.
