The hotel is pretty with full of character. But the rooms were very cramped and tiny. The floor boards creaked the whole night whenever anyone walked past the rooms or shared toilets nearby

Die Zimmer im obersten Stock sind neu renoviert. Unser Zimmer war daher sehr angenehm, das Bad ebenfalls.

This is a true Swiss lodge at nearly the top of nowhere. The staff is friendly but it helps to have a little German or French. Be sure you specify exactly what you want in a room..like a shower AND toilet, or you may be sharing. You need to be fit enough to walk up to 4 flights with all your stuff. Our top floor room was lovely with 2 comfy twin beds, multiple windows and even a small sleeping loft (for kids?). Pump hand soap was available but if you want bath gel, shampoo, etc, you should bring it. The area is scenic & hiking excellent we enjoyed the outside cafe/bar area with magnificent views.

Nice remote place, nice stuff. Food for your money. Got upgrade from a room with shared toiled to a room with its own for extra money. One bummer: we had some frozen food with us and hoped that property would allow us to warm it up in the micro, but they refused. On the good side: they helped us with anther matter, where they didn't have to help. Overall, good place.

Excellent séjour avec nos deux petits-enfants. Très bon accueil, personnel très attentionné. les repas et petits-déjeuners sont copieux et très bons. La chambre familiale: deux pièces couplées avec 4 lits et balcon très propre, agréable et confortable. Nous n'avons que des compliments à faire sur notre séjour. Propriétaires très agréables. donnent à vérifier les décomptes pour éviter les erreurs. avons commander nos repas du soir avant d'aller prendre une douche et revenir ensuite, et le repas était immédiatement servi à notre retour. région sauvage des Alpes. excellent endroit pour faire de la randonnées à ski, à pieds. première fois qu'il était posible de voir des bouctins à moins de 10 mètres. très calme

Super séjour!! Personnel très sympathique et accueillant. Notre chambre était simple mais très confortable et la nourriture très bonne. L'hôtel est également très bien situé pour les amateurs de ski de fond et cascade de glace.

Freundliche Empfang, alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Ruhige Umgebung, es war für mich perfekt. Vielen Dank!

Am Telefon klang es eher abweisend und unfreundlich, nach der Ankunft klappte alles bestens. Der kurze Aufenthalt war in diesem einfachen Hotel sehr angenehm. Danke

Eigentlich ein altes Haus, die obersten Stockwerke sind aber neu umgebaut. Alles ist sehr sauber, Service ist aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Sehr gute Adresse in Arolla

Tout le charme d'un vieil hôtel de montagne 2*! Bon accueil, chambre correcte, lits confortables, très bien dormis et mangés (le p'tit déj. pourrait être inclus dans le prix).

Leckeres Nachtessen und Frühstück, ein Hotel mit dem richtigen Alpencaché. FR und E sprechend. War ein preisgünstiger und toller Aufenthalt im Dortoir, das ich ganz für mich hatte :).

We had a newly redone room on the top floor. Lovely view, comfy beds and a modern bathroom. What's not to love?!

I found it a bit expensive for a simple accommodation.
