Talvez tenha sido um dos melhores lugares que já me hospedei no exterior. Excelente recepção. Primeiro, entrei em contato quando estava chegando em Zermatt e o Márcio, do transporte exclusivo do hotel, foi me pegar na estação. Simpático e agradável. Viemos conversando primeiro em inglês, até que ele me disse falar português, já que é de Portugal. Há muitos portugueses em Zermatt. Incluindo o Marco, que foi a pessoa que me recebeu no hotel. Que atendimento primoroso! Um prosseco para chegar já relaxando e muita gentileza no atendimento. Obrigada Marco! Já adianto um “problema” no quarto. Você corre o risco de não querer sair de lá. É muito aconchegante e confortável! Tinha uma varanda com vista para a cidade. Café, frutinhas e chocolate para recepcionar. Um banheiro integrado que era um charme. Amenities de qualidade. Além disso, reservei a área do spa em um horário que acabou ficando só pra mim. Nossa, adorei! Uma pena que perdi o dia para reservar o restaurante italiano do hotel. Queria muito conhecer mas não deu dessa vez. Nota 10 para tudo. Voltarei a Zermatt com certeza e quero me hospedar novamente nessa preciosidade.

Lovely boutique hotel, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, restaurant and on site pub with sports channels. Great location in central Zermatt, for all amenities and routes to Matterhorn. Very pleased with room and choice!

The hotel was beyond excellent, the staff was courteous and very helpful , the rooms have comfortable rustic charm. We loved staying here. I would recommend staying here for your Zermatt experience. Breakfast was delicious, the spa was amazing.

This is a fabulous spot and super well located to Zermatt village. The staff were all friendly and helpful. My only note here would be if you’re a light sleeper you may struggle from the late night noise from the club across the street. I’d still absolutely stay here again though :)

The hotel is stunning and perfectly located to make everything in Zarmatt an easy walk. The staff was exceptional and made the stay an epic event! I can’t wait to come back!!!

Tout était très bien

We had a beautiful terrace that overlooked the shopping and dining areas of the town. Walking distance to train station and the gondola lifts up the mountain. Having a Guinness poured by Mac was wonderful, and we had great conversation.

Restaurant was excellent also…

Everyone and everything was fantastic. Every staff member was not only warm friendly and helpful but also efficient. I would be thrilled if every hotel experience was like one …..oh yes great food too at vevanda and pub!

The hotel itself was amazing — beautifully designed, with a cozy and comfortable room that we really enjoyed. The staff were welcoming and we appreciated the atmosphere. The only downside was that our room was located directly above the bar. Every night during our stay, people were partying until around 4:30–5:00 am, which made it quite loud and unfortunately meant we didn’t sleep very well. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel and we enjoyed many aspects of our stay, but I would recommend requesting a room away from the bar if you are looking for a quieter experience.
