It is a very nice hotel. My room has a large balcony and we can enjoy the warm weather and views. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. I will give it a 5 stars.

What an amazing stay at Hotel Zermama. The hotel deserves a 5 star rating. The suite was incredible, spacious with a Living Room with baclony, two well appointed bathrooms, excellent mattresses and pillows and an amazing view of Matterhorn. The staff is incredible. From the front desk, to the restaurant everyone was attentive, friendly and went out of their way to assist in any way. Special thank you to Victoria who helped check us in and walk us to our suite, to Lilly who was extra special during our morning breakfasts, Stelios the incredible bartender and Victor who took our drink orders. In addition, the hotel manager Norberto is just amazing. Friendly, attentive, courteous, and an overall pleasant individual with a great smile and laugh.

I loved this hotel. I was travelling solo and booked the room for a solo that was their smallest option. This ended up being one of my favourite booked hotel rooms ever. Although designed for a solo traveller, the design was brilliant. It was amazingly cozy. It was easy to unpack and not have anything to trip over. The decor was inviting and perfect. Having a window seat with a fantastic view was amazing. Food was great. I could rave and rave about this hotel. I might add that the location was unbelievable. You could easily step outside the door and see the Matterhorn. But you are very close to the train station. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Location is great and hotel is stylish & modern. The staff was very helpful with local hiking knowledge. Rooms cleaned daily and quickly which was nice to come back to. That being said, the room was pretty hot even at the end of May. Bed and pillows also left something to be desired.

The room was amazing, clean and very comfortable. I was thrilled that we had a nice balcony to sit and relax. The arrival person was very knowledgeable nd pleasant and our room was ready early. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The most stunning hotel and views from the room windows! Beautifully designed rooms and thoughtful touches everywhere you look, going above and beyond. Staff are helpful and friendly! Great location close to everything. We didn't go skiing but it looked great!

Easy going hotel for easy going people, in a location close to bus, train and cable cars. Rooms are clean and modern and cozy. Breakfast is good, staff is friendly and helpful. Every evening, for some reasons, a party with overly loud music takes place right in front of the hotel. So no way to relax in the lobby or in the rooms above. Having a coworking space is a great idea, for people who are able to work focused around playing children and other guests enjoying a meal at the same place.

LOVED. Greeted with the manager and his cute dog- a small boutique hotel with a perfect view of Matterhorn and balcony with that same view. They also offered cute large, warm jackets to chill outside or on the balcony.

Very cool balcony and the room was good! The only thing is that we could not sleep ok because they could not turn down the heating aetting and the room got way too hot.

Courteous and helpful staff in this charming yet very modern boutique hotel. Everything about this place was pure comfort. I was only there for a night as part of a long, four-country trip. But I very much wish I had stayed longer.

체르마트역과 체르마트 전망대 산악열차 역에서 가까워서 이동하기 편했습니다. 식당,Bar가 많은 골목이 아니여서 굉장히 조용했고 마테호른 일출포인트인 키르히다리와 도보 5~6분 거리로 가까워서 좋았습니다. 체크인을 도와준 직원뿐만 아니라 호텔내에서 만나는 모든직원분들 얼굴에 항상 밝은 미소가 있었고 너무나 친절했습니다. 체크아웃하는 날 7시 4분 기차를 타야해서 일찍 내려갔다가 7시부터 데스크 오픈이라는 문구를 보고 당황했는데 청소하시는 직원분께 상황 설명 드렸더니 직원분이 데스크직원분께 전화드렸고 체크아웃을 도와주실 직원분이 이른아침부터 저때문이 헐레벌떡 뛰어와서 늦지 않게 체크아웃을 도와주셨습니다. 너무 감사하고 너무 죄송하다고 말씀드렸더니 숨차 하시면서도 밝게 웃으시며 괜찮다고 말씀해주시는데 더더욱 감사했습니다. 룸 청결 상태는 완벽했고 욕실이나 룸 시설을 이용하는데 아무런 불편함이 없었습니다.룸과 발코니의 인테리어도 너무 예뻤고 발코니에는 테이블과 의자,지붕이 있어서 눈이나 비가 와도 마테호른을 바라보며 퐁듀나 커피한잔 즐기기에 더없이 좋았습니다.다음에 체르마트를 간다면 꼭 다시 이용하려고 호텔이름과 제가 묵었던 방 번호를 사진찍어올 정도로 너무 완벽하고 만족했던 호텔이었습니다. 완벽한 컨디션으로 체르마트의 일정에 행복한 추억을 더해준 호텔과 직원분들께 진짜 감사드립니다

역이 가깝고 버스 정류장도 바로 앞에 있어 편리합니다. 그러나 객실이 (싱글룸임을 고려한다 해도) 너무 좁았습니다.

Zermama was a highlight of our trip to Switzerland. The entire staff was wonderful and attentive. Our room had an unbelievable view of the Matterhorn. We happily donned the fake fur coats to sit on our balcony and enjoy coffee in the morning as Zermatt came alive. We ate in the restaurant and found the food to be excellent. Transportation was provided to and from the train station (thank you to our driver!), which is walkable but we did not want to manage suitcases for that distance. The front desk staff were informative and we especially enjoyed meeting the little dog who spends his days in the office. We hope to visit again and highly recommend ZerMama
