O hotel é muito bem localizado, pertinho da estação de trem e da rua principal. O check-in é feito no hotel ao lado. O quarto é pequeno, mas suficiente para uma noite. E tinha vista para as montanhas. Chuveiro excelente. Bom café da manhã.

Estadia excelente, ótimo atendimento e localização, quarto espaçoso, cama macia, linda vista do quarto. Café da manhã delicioso e variado. Zermatt é um lugar maravilhoso!

Great location, free breakfast included.

This was a great spot to stay for a solo traveler! It was not the finest place, but the location was amazing, breakfast was delicious and included, it felt very safe, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking!

J'ai été déçus par la composition de la chambre. Cela ne reflétait pas les photos lors de la réservation. Mini salle d'eau, douche WC et sèche cheveux dans 1,2 M², lavabo dans la chambre à coucher. Insonorisation avec le couloir presque inexistante. Bonne literie. mini télé. personnel cordiale.

The reception was quick and accommodating upon our arrival. However, for a 3-star hotel, the price felt too expensive—especially considering it was off-season. The room was small, the bed was quite hard, and there were no amenities like a kettle or complimentary coffee. That said, I did enjoy the atmosphere of the breakfast area—it felt open and airy, a nice space to start the day. The surrounding area is also walkable, which was a plus.

A great location! Not too far off the main walkway but far enough so very little noise. Great place to stay!

Hotel com excelente localização,poucos minutos da estação de trem, bom cafe da manha. O checkin e check out foi realizado em hotel vizinho com recepcionistas que falam português e muito atenciosas. No hotel alphubel não havia recepção funcionando no período noturno e pela manha quando sai. Hotel antigo mas bem conservado, ha escadas na entrada principal para acesso ao predio. Ficamos no quarto triplo e a terceira cama era um pouco desconfortável, travesseiros baixos.

To check in we needed to go to a different hotel.! The carpet in our room was worn and stained. Room size was comfortable. No wall decorations at all. Beds were fine. Bathtub/shower challenging for older adults. Generous breakfast.

Very nice room with good bathroom. Reception is in adjoining property. Very nice breakfast included. Centre of Zermatt, close to train station, very good for ski access and for arrival and departure.

Room, breakfast, view are all good Water boiler/coffee machine in the room would be perfect

I gave the property 4 stars for the age of the property, especially in the room (carpet, decor, etc.), and incrediblye tiny-ness of the bathroom-- it's smaller than RV bathrooms but gets the job done. HOWEVER, for the area and for primarily being a ski resort rental, it was way more than adequate and I'd definitely stay there again. The beds were just as comfy as the other two high-end boutique hotels where my family stayed (Zurich and Geneva). The staff was very friendly, the breakfast more than adequate, and the location is great too-- very close to the train station and main street, but set back enough to be quiet. Overall we had a great time and I'd stay there again.

Muy lindo hotel, su ubicación lo mejor!! El desayuno muy bueno. Estuvimos de viaje en familia y la pasamos muy bien!! Recomendado!!
