L'acqua calda in doccia è durata due minuti e mi sono dovuta fare la doccia fredda. Sul letto c'era solo una sorta di coprimaterasso, non c'era nessun lenzuolo. Servizio reception assente la mattina al mio check out. Ho dovuto suonare due volte il campanello e non ho trovato molta cordialità.

Receptionist is never at the desk. Worst check in experience ever, was never told by the hotel that there is no receptionist on Sundays after a certain time (I even confirmed my stay via email and nothing was mentioned about self check in) and after a long flight we got to the hotel and the doors of the hotel were locked. We had to go across the street with our luggage to call the hotels emergency number at the neighbouring hotel. Found a dried up contact lens on the floor of the hotel room when we came in, everything was dusty and looked overall dirty. Avoid this hotel at all costs if ur a clean person and want good customer service. It gave more of a hostel vibe rather than hotel.

Sehr nettes Personal. Gute Lage Nähe der Seebühne. Mit Blumen in der Gartenwirtschaft wäre es noch schöner🌸😉

Sehr unfreundlichen Empfang. Keine Gastgeberqualitäten der Dame an der Reception. Wir wirden nicht darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass wir Anspruch auf die ÖV Benützung gehabt hätten. Im Zimmer funktionierten lediglich die Hälte alker Lampen. Somit fällt die Preis/Leistung Frage sehr schlecht aus. Einzige Ausnahme war die junge Aushilfe beim Frühstück. Einmal und nie wieder.

Great staffing

Parking would have been good across the street from hotel but it was closed due to Ironman competition. Not the fault of facility but wish we had known before booking. Toilet was broken and continually ran. Bus stop in front of hotel on busy street so unite noisy. Will not return.

No me dejaron cambiar la fecha de mi estancia, por un error, y eso que tenía cancelación gratuita. Me cobraron 200€ de la habitación sin poder disfrutarla cuando lo único que quería era cambiar la fecha e ir a este hotel

出張で急ぎで安い宿泊先を選んだのみ。周辺と比べれば安いと言うだけで、ただ泊まる場所と考えた方が良い。スイスの他のホテルを知らないが、部屋着，スリッパ，バスアメニティ(サービスはあるがたまに補充忘れる)，水の持参をお勧めする。セキュリティはただの鍵のみ。週跨ぎで総合出入り口のコードは更新されるが、一度連絡が来なくてロックドアウトされた。

Hotel hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Lediglich die Sitzmöglichkeiten, wenn man zu dritt im Zimmer ist, sind nicht vorhanden.

Nice hotel with a good breakfast

In albergo dove in tre abbiamo speso 300 Euro per notte mi sembra tanto per avere una piccola stanza senza aria condizionata e 3 brandine che l´ultima volta che ho dormito sopra una cosa cosí era durante la naia.

Parking à proximité et non à l’hôtel. Pas de climatisation ni de ventilateur avec les dernières canicules difficile! Bruyant ! Petit déjeuner sommaire sans possibilités de petit déjeuner dehors selon ordre de la direction. Personnel avenant. Séjour moyen.

Alpha Thun was a pleasant surprise. Our original booking of a different hotel in Interlaken was cancelled on us by the hotel and we scrambled to find another and this is what we found in Thun. The hotel is right next to the Strandbad bus stop, making it convenient to travel using bus. The room was clean, quaint, spacious enough, and decent looking. The hotel restaurant was great. The food selection was great. Our server, Pao, offered a few great suggestions for Schilthorn and the hiking areas around Murren and Gimmelwald. Since we love hiking, we followed her suggestions.

Etwas laut, da viel befahrene Strasse vor dem Hotel

Hôtel vieillissant, au bord de la route cantonale. Prix top élevé par rapport à la qualité offerte. TV pas fonctionnelle (pas important, certes) mais WC sales dans la salle de bain, personnel à l'accueil... peu accueillant et miroir fissuré dans la salle de bain.

L'Hotel è un po distante dalla stazione e dal centro della città di Thun (2 KM). La camera era pulita, arredata in modo spartano, con letti singoli in tubolare di ferro, ma non ha l'aria condizionata, e non è possibile aprire la finestra perché si affaccia ad un incrocio di una strada principale, molto trafficata e perciò rumorosa, nella camera non ci sono ne il mini bar ne la cassaforte.
