All was well.

O hotel é lindo, muito limpo e as funcionárias muito educadas. Aproveitei a piscina com água aquecida, uma delícia. O quarto lindo, extremamente limpo e cheiroso e a cama era uma delícia. Só a acustica que não era muito boa, o meu quarto ficava ao lado da copa e dava pra ouvir tudo rsrs.

The hotel is well run and quite comfortable. The rooms are on the small side. Breakfast was great.

This was a great 2-day stay stop during our Patagonia adventure. The room was spacious way and clean. The front desk was very helpful. We had private bathrooms and ample free parking. It's a bit far from the city center, so having a car was perfect for us. Breakfast was OK since we were always in a rush to catch a tour or some activity in the mornings. Overall, the facility was clean and great value for the quality of service. I would stay here again!

Beautiful, clean hotel with great breakfast and appealing retro cabin-style décor. Outstanding staff and service beyond expectations. Roxi was incredibly helpful with bookings and trip coordination. Very safe, peaceful, and the perfect place to unwind in Patagonia. Highly recommended.

Clean

The staff were so kind and the communal space was so gorgeous. Breakfast was very tasty. Was a bit of a walk from the major downtown area but doable. We would choose this place again!!

La cama es muy estrecha y el colchón de muelles. Desayuno muy pobre, no se parece a las fotografías. Interior en general a falta de buena limpieza. Exteriores descuidados.

Awesome place for stay, very clean rooms and resposive staff!!

Hotels.com lists this as a hotel but the sign on the property itself says it is a hostel. I've never stayed in a hostel before but if that's what the Doble E is, it's the nicest hostel I've ever seen. We had a fairly large private room with a locking door and our own bathroom. The staff was very nice and our room smelled and looked clean. Breakfast was typical for Chile--yogurt, cereal, bread, sliced cheese and meat, juice and some kind of dessert. The area is quiet and kind of rural, but felt safe.

This is a lovely place with a terrific administrative desk lady who also prepared a lovely breakfast. The rooms are very clean, yet small. There are tons of antique items making the site quaint while modern place

A nice place where the proprietor and employees care and try a lot. Small, simple rooms that are adequate. It seems like a little family business. I like the feeling and caring.

Excelente hotel, solo tuve inconvenientes con la reserva por parte de hoteles.com, sin embargo, el hotel solucionó el inconveniente. Muy buena alimentación y excelente ubicación

Lo unico que puedo destacar como positivo fue la atención de Segundo. La pieza tenia moscas al llegar. La manilla donde cuelga la toalla se salió apenas saqué la toalla. La ducha goteaba lo que no me dejaba dormir. La dirección del hotel es engañosa, al buscar en google maps indica estar cerca del terminal y no lo está. Lo peor fue que pedimos si podiamos dejar una maleta en el hotel y pasar por ella unos dias despues posterior a nuestro paseo a torres del paine. Nos dijeron que si e indicamos cuando volveriamos. Dos horas antes de llegar a buscar la maleta avisamos q ibamos en camino. Al llegar el Hotel estaba cerrado con candado, mi pareja tuvo que pasarse por el muro para poder entrar. El teléfono estaba encima desatendido, tuvimos q sacar la maleta por sobre el muro, hacer arreglos de ella bajo la lluvia. Perdimos el bus a punta arenas y tuvimos que pagar un transporte privado. A la fecha aun no recibimos ningún mensaje siquiera. Pésimo servicio.
