The room was clean. The surroundings could use some cleaning up - first impressions matter. It was quiet. The beds were comfortable.

room was good....quite large actually...comfortable strange experience having to go into liquor store to register for room old style keys for exterior door to hotel and to room no one around for checkout because liquor store wasn't open .....no staff around at all

Disregard bad previous reviews, new management, nice clean quiet rooms. No second floor noise, no bar noise. The are around the outside of this property needs to be cleaned up and seeded with grass…. But actually most of the Martensville properties were in similar condition along main track..very pleasant helpful staff. Yes check in is still in the liquor store but only one actual hang around and he was non threatening and extremely friendly and polite, guiding me to the liquor store.. typical small town atmosphere.. definitely staying there again for $100 compared to what’s in Saskatoon.. Yes AC and hot water..lol.. and no smoke aroma, except from grilling steaks in steakhouse. Thumbs up for the Adobe.

The parking pad needs to get new pavement, the entrance to the hotel needs to get cleaned of cigarette butts, and maybe the towels could use a different color , otherwise, clean, locks, bed was soft and clean and white bedding. Totally clean.

Everything was perfect except when we arrived home at 11 pm the parking lot was full . We had to park a block down the street . I believe it was full because of the bar .

The room was very clean were you could see but I had to go behind the bed to plug in my phone and it hadn't been looked at for a long time back there. Hotel is dated but there were some upgrades to the rooms and the hotel portion. There were also things like the window didn't close all the way and the screen was ripped but neither of those hampered our stay. It does have a bar attached and between 2:30 (when bar closed) and about 3:30-4am there was a bunch of people yelling and screaming in the parking lot. Sounded like a good party but I was too tired to join. The bed was very comfy and we did have a great sleep minus the time that the party was going on outside. The shower was upgraded and it was fantastic. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with them. The only thing that made me pause is they only had one key for the room so made me wonder where the other one was. Old style key not a card. For the price if I'm through and need a place to stay I would stay again. I'm certain weekdays doesn't have the animal activity outside after the bar closes. We stayed on a Saturday night. No elevator to the second floor but room was fairly big and lots of space to move around and put things down.

Place wasn’t bad, definitely not what I was expecting. The lobby is also the liquor store and the locking mechanism on the room door was kinda sketchy - it was a push button lock and a slider chain. The staff were nice and the place was relatively clean, bedsheets were clean, fridge and microwave the same. Only thing is there was random fingerprints and smears on the walls. Bought some Lysol wipes just in case.

It was clean and affordable, but the thing that stood out the most was that the room had a table and chairs, not just a narrow desk.

Clean, comfortable beds. Nothing fancy. Bathroom was a little dated but clean Our stay was in January and it took a long time for the hot water to get hot, but was good once it did.
