Sehr bequeme Betten, sind aber zwei einzelne, welche sich leicht voneinander verschieben. Es war grundsätzlich sauber, es wurden zwei Haare im Bad gefunden, aber nicht störend. Einige Fliegen an der Zimmerdecke, aber nicht schlimm, sondern nur optisch. Einfaches ein- und auschecken. Sehr gute Lage, direkt am Bahnhof, in 5 min mit dem Auto in Liechtenstein, und ca 35 min entfernt vom Walensee. Frühstück ist eher klein und wenn man um 9 Uhr (Wochenende) kommt, ist kaum noch etwas da. Nur Vollmilch, keine Alternativen und leider kein Wasser zum Frühstück. Es gibt zwar tetrapak Saft, aber kann schon leer sein, bevor man aufsteht. Die Croissants und der Kaffee sind sehr lecker. Alles in allem, ist das ein vollkommen ausreichendes Motel, in welchem man ein Wochenende verbringen kann. Klein, modern und preiswert. Parkplätze sind kostenfrei.

Zimmer ist gut. Nicht sehr gross aber genug Platz für einen Koffer und Schrank zum Sachen aufhängen. Personal nocht gesehen, alles über self-check-in. Küche gut ausgestattet. Angebot ist ok. Brot gut!

Das Zimmer war modern und zweckmässig.

We had a little difficulty checking in but that was because there were no people there and we had a hard time figuring it out. That being said, the room for as small as it was, seemed bigger because it was arranged well. The breakfast choices were excellent.

Very nice self check in motel. Easy to get to and park. Breakfast is not a buffet as stated, it's just a few pastries and juice.

Wir waren nur 1 Nacht hier, spät ankommend. Der Check-In übers Handy hat gut geklappt.

Great room and loved the self service breakfast! Only issue was glass walls/door to bathroom - not great if you are staying with anyone other than a partner.

The check in process was terrible. It took 1 hour of our time and 3-4 staff to troubleshoot how to open our assigned room. With my troublesome knees, I had to go up and down the stairs (the elevator didn’t work without a working room key!) several times before I could open the our room. Never experienced anything like this

Check-in was frustrating. Our lesson learned - check in and setup the digital keys before you arrive. We were a group with 3 rooms and it was not clear how to encode the key when using the kiosk as there were 3 places a keycard could be placed. Once we realized which one it probably was, it was not working. The kiosk was throwing an error that said to contact staff but provided no means of how to do so. We did not have any cell phone or wi-fi service in Sevelen so we were not getting the emails about checking in successfully or instructions about the digital key. We eventually drove 10 minutes to get cell service, checked in online and then were able to use the digital keys. Everything else with the stay was good once we figured out how to access our rooms.

The room was nice but we spent a lot of time to enter into a room. There was no person at the front and we had to check in by the machine. Right after I checked in, I received an email from the hotel but it was totally written in German and there was no English instruction at all. So I had to spend much time yo find out how to enter the hotel and room.

Super hôtel au calme et très propre. Le check in se fait par une borne automatique. Malheureusement arriver un dimanche, les restaurants ne sont pas forcément Ouvert. Donc nous avons du s éloigner un peu. Sinon le petit dej se fait en self-service, mais tout y est, vennoiseries et pain frais, jus d'orange.. En résumé très bon petit dej

Mit der Buchung hat alles geklappt online Check in und Check out. Zimmer alles sauber Wir wahren mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs und mussten diese vor dem Hotel Parkieren es wahre gut wenn es Möglich wäre zum das E-Bike zu laden wen man den Akku noch vom Bike entfernen kann. Frühstück ist in Ordnung.
