Todo muy bien, solo el cuarto que me toco el baño llego a tener un aroma a coladera

Hotel's in a great location. Room was decent, but the carpet was very filthy. AC stops after midnight, raising the temperature a lot. Few light sources in the room. WiFi is super spotty; travelers shouldn't be relying on it. Breakfast doesn't have any vegetarian options. However, the staff are very kind and made us toasts and plates of fruits.

Old world charm. Clean room, friendly staff, lovely garden, excellent bfast! Very quiet and in a superb location.

Room cleaning and bellboy service were excellent! Unfortunately this once beauty has degraded to a point where it needs a makeover. Old uncomfortable beds, worn filthy carpets broken tiles and bathroom where sewer smell is so strong. No a/c or heat but they do provide a small tower unit. Location is fantastic and with a little investment, this could be a 1st class place

Room was clean, quiet, convenient. We enjoyed the garden area. Staff were great. The bed mattress moved a lot.

El servicio del restaurante siempre es muy bueno, destacado incluso. El personal de recepción ha mejorado mucho. Las habitaciones nuevas o de lujo son bastante buenas respecto precio-calidad. La ubicación es muy buena.

El personal de recepción fue amable. Pero mi estancia no fue la mejor, las camas no eran comodas y la habitación no contaba con cortinas black out por lo que toda la noche entró luz.
