This hotel was amazing!! We were there during low season (late June) and practically had the place to ourselves. The rooms are all individual units (imagine clean, fancy shipping containers with nice vinyl flooring, bathrooms and windows) complete with patios, picnic tables and grills outside. There are three pools (one just for kids), a ton of hammocks, bikes, surf/paddle boards, a small restaurant/bar, and it’s right next to a windsurfing shop with lessons and morning/evening yoga classes. It’s at the end of the road so it’s very quiet, and the rental includes a free paddle board (one use included with stay, and you can rent them after that, I think). The staff was SO great and helpful. It’s not like we make it to Peru from Alaska often, but we are definitely coming back to this place the next time we’re here! It’s about 5 minutes and S/10 (about $3) for the taxi to and from town. It boarders the national park, so do a paddle in the morning before the wind picks up and head over to watch all the birds on the isolated beach. Gorgeous. Hotel dog Estrella will definitely win you over as well. (I tried several times to upload photos but it’s not working, will try another post with pics later.)

No hot water, Small Caravans, nonplace for suitcase, no place to move in the room. Description isn’t what it is, very expensive for what we hot

We ended up walking to the Bamboo Resort from Paracas which took about 45 min. It was an ok walk, nothing much to see but dessert and some cute puppers. When we arrived the lady who checked us in was very friendly but there was a bit of a language barrier, nothing Google Translate couldn’t help with. It showed on the register that approximately 5 other guests had checked in, but it felt like a ghost town. I’m sure this place is bumping in the summer time, but it was a bit depressing when we went. The wifi connection was super bad but the beds were comfy. The Double Tree Hotel is a 5 min walk away, so we ended up going to dinner there which was a bit pricey because it’s a swanky hotel. Overall, would stay again with friends or during a busy time.

We enjoyed staying at the Bamboo Paracas Beach Resort which was a great value versus the pricey hotels down the road. They are very low key and have good food and options for kite surfing or other water fun. We opted to just relax by the bay in the hammocks and deck chairs. Was very peaceful and relaxing. Also very easy to get to central Paracas but not to close.

Det var första gången jag och min sambo var i ett strandresort. Egentligen föredrar vi city semester, men denna gången behövde vi två dagar vid stranden. För oss var Bamboo Resort perfekt, för det var inte ett typiskt resort. Enkla hyttor och själva designen var lite sliten, men ändå trevlig och naturnära. Servicen var trevlig och nästan alltid snabbt. Rekommenderas varmt som ett billigt alternativ!

Las habitaciones eran contenedores de obra habilitados, sin aire acondicionado y con un jardín de gravilla y unos muebles reciclados que le daba un punto todavía peor. Tuvimos que pedir que nos devolvieran el dinero e irnos a buscar otro hotel de manera improvisada

Hotel Installations: Good. Area and Views: Amazing!. Service: Terrible Restaurant Service. Check in ok. They let us stay in the hotel installations way beyond our Check Out Time, but the restaurant service were terrible. Kite surfing and the Paracas bay are amazing and give espectacular views.

No air con! My biggest issue was the price! Way overpriced. Pools are not good and very small.

El hotel es muy básico, su restaurante cierra a las 9pm y no hay tienda cerca por si algo requieres, ejemplo no hay agua de cortesía y ni un lugar donde adquirirla, por la mañana las habitaciones son calurosas, aunque cuentan con mar se nota que no hacen limpieza alrededor de el

We liked the quietness of the hotel, due to its location near the ocean. Comfort and cleanliness are ok. They charged us more than hotels.com indicated because of changes in exchange rates, which I think is unprofessional of them.

No hot water in a cold place like this, makes a very bad experience, internet in the room does not work, bad smell in the pillows, terrible towels. This RV rooms style are very small, TV does not work either. We asked several times for help, with no results. We asked at the end for a discount, and they gave us 5% Considering the price, there are many other options with better service.

El sitio es maravilloso por su cercanía a la reserva natural de Paracas. Los servicios del hotel son inmejorables, además ahora gracias a su oferta de invierno ofrece bicicleta y paddle surf sin coste adicional. Un lujo.

Lo recomiendo ampliamente es un lugar maravilloso en medio de la naturaleza

Solo considero que WiFi muy deficiente! Por lo demás excelente el sitio y el servicio! volveremos
