They were very productive of keeping the customer happy and comfortable. For example, I don’t eat bread, cheese, pork, eggs, cake, etc… I was free to customized my own breakfast every morning. I also, eat at the restaurant and the food was perfect 👌. The owner doing his maximum training the workers to do the job. I will be back for sure! See my customized breakfast.

The Chez Wou was very clean

Chez Wou was an immaculately clean, safe hotel with excellent beds. Strong hot water. Good location. We could walk to many nice resturants. Beach access is the public beach, an easy walk. Our AC broke and could not be fixed during our stay. Also the Elevator was being worked on and unuseable. Free breakfast every morning at 8am brought to the room.

Upon arrival at 18 the sleepy receptionist had no idea I was coming even though I had made a booking in advance, either he could not operate the computer or it was failing, could not make a scan of documents... everything took forever. The room was awful plenty of stains on the walls, lights broken, TV not operational, doors with spaces around them so that you could hear anything that happens on the corridor. The only plus was the internet and the AC. Complimentary breakfast was poor and had nothing to drink, had to ask for water so that the guy brought it from restaurant down stairs.

Nice surroundings at the Luanda bay. The hotel entrance is hidden at the side of the restaurant, but the staff was extremely helpful
