It is a very basic hotel, staff were friendly and central location. On my 2nd night stay Toilet flush was not working but it was fine as we were checking out. Staff were accommodating.

We stayed at this property on our way to and from Machu Picchu, and it was an excellent choice. The hotel offers stunning views of the Ollantaytambo ruins, making the stay even more memorable. The location is one of the best in Ollantaytambo, with plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. Taxis and tuk-tuks are readily available, and the train station is just a 7-minute walk away or a quick tuk-tuk ride. The staff were warm and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was generous, and they even packed breakfast for us because we had an early train to catch, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, this hotel offers outstanding value for money and is a great base for anyone visiting Machu Picchu.

在这里住了一晚，因为从马丘比丘出来已经晚上7点了，位置不错，在镇中心，住了楼下的3人间，55美金一晚，房门是薄薄的门板，隔音很差，还有缝隙，需要堵住，没有空调和暖气，卫生间狭小，有热水洗澡，但容易漏水到地面，洗手只有冻水，房间沙发有明显的灰尘，早餐简单，用餐地点四面透风，冬天很冷，有电视可以看YouTube，我妻子被虫咬了两个小包，我和孩子还好。

Overall a well maintained property with friendly staff. The room was spacious and the view of the archeological site from the hotel was breathtaking. The hotel is conveniently located to the center of Ollataytambo.

O hotel trocou minha hospedagem para outro hotel parceiro, de categoria menor. Depois ainda teve a coragem de informar ao aplicativo que não era outro hotel. Segundo eles havia falta de água, porém havia hóspedes no hotel, o que me faz pensar que foi uma espécie de golpe. Já fiquem avisados do golpe de mudança de hotel de categoria inferior. O correto seria restituir a diferença, porém o hotel está tentando enganar o aplicativo também.

The entire stay was great: the staff, cleanliness, breakfast, etc. My only complaint was there was no shelf or counter space in the bathroom so my toiletries. Not even towel hooks or toilet paper roll hooks. Hotel did not provide shampoo or shower body wash either, so I had to place all my soaps in the floor. Please provide shelf and counter space in the bathroom. This was a major inconvenience.

There is water problem, there was no water entire night and there was no hot water. It seems like there was not enough pressure to pump up. The downstairs unit had water but no hot water there too.

O café não é grandes coisas, mas dá pra matar a fome, diz ter estacionamento mas fica a 5 quadras e paga separado. A localização é boa. Mas as ruas são extremamente pequenas para carro.

Great location. Within a short ride to train station. Walk 2 minutes to central plaza. Great views of ollataytambo ruins from our window and a quick 5 minute walk to the entrance. Fresh fruit and omelettes. Nice they also had an onsite restaurant but we didn’t get to try it

Room 301 view was amazing! We could see the ruins at any moment and were just steps away from them and the main square. I would go back!

Right from the start, we were greeted amazingly! The property itself looks beautiful and clean. We had great and simple breakfasts and amazing mountains view. The staff/family will ask if you would like eggs and they make to your liking. Some friendly cats were roaming around too. It really was a pleasant experience.

Family room was very large and worked for our family. The breakfast was perfect size and the view was great. The street sound was as a lot for light sleepers
