Wonderful hosts and felt like home

Un lugar muy cómodo y límpio. La persona que me atendió siempre fue muy gentil y dispuesta a ayudar. Estuvieron muy pendientes de mi llegada, a pesar de que me retrasé.

The operators (and I assume owners) of Hostal Macaw are super friendly and very nice. Their kindness takes this lodging to the next level. They also speak good English which helped. The rooms were nice. A/C worked great. Wifi worked adequately. And the free breakfast is a nice perk. My flight left at 04:30am and they even made a sandwich and gave it to me along with a banana fort the plane ride.

I will definitely be staying here if I ever visit Guayaquil again. We were treated like family by the staff.

Hostal Macaw is comfortable and clean. The owners are friendly and helpful.
