At least the cruise ships have to tell you that you are getting a windowless “interior cabin” —and they charge you much less, too. I did not feel that I was properly informed of that situation. I was very bothered by sleeping in a windowless room. It felt like a cave and I’m not even certain that is legal. I had to download the app to get in my room, which was annoying. The room smelled damp. The little kitchen had no wine opener, which seems like a thing lots of guests would expect in a kitchen. The staff was nice and the location good, and the roof deck was pretty. That’s why I’m giving it 2 stars instead of 1.

The room was much smaller than expected and had no idea the room had no windows. It was very clean and nice. The staff is exceptional and wants to make sure your stay is perfect. Location is perfect !!

We stayed for two nights and were very comfortable. The hotel is close to all the things we wanted to do, so the car stayed parked and we walked everywhere. Thank you for the relaxing stay.

It was very clean. A hidden gem right in the heart of the action, but still quite. A unique find and we will be back!

Had a medical emergency that management was excellent in handling in the situation. Very kind, nice, and understanding people run this place. Heartfelt thanks goes out to management. Highly recommended.

Great location, loft was extremely clean and met our needs. One recommendation is that you have signage at the entrance door to advise where the front desk concierge is. We didn't know they were on the 2nd floor up the stairs. Great coffee available by elevators

Location, staff, attentiveness, clean. Hard to find an area for improvement. A hard key vs app would be a nice choice. Not all rooms have windows, that could be more clearly stated at reservation level. Otherwise, good value.

The staff were wonderful! The place was clean and well maintained. I loved having my favorite Starbucks coffee available every morning. The roof top deck was relaxing and a fun place to sit outside. If I get to come back this is where I will stay. It was close to all the action and the prefect place to stay in every way!

Beautiful, modern, quiet and clean! The rooms with windows facing river are stunning! Can't beat the location. Just a few blocks from Broadway.
