This was a lovely, quaint, enjoyable pension. Everything was clean. The host Anne was amazing. She goes above and beyond to make your stay wonderful with delicious breakfast every morning, laundry service. The location is unbeatable for the best restaurants, good, and close to the beach, it is in a bustling neighborhood which can be loud but with the windows closed tight I could barely hear anything. The shower pressure was TOP notch! We would 100% stay here again in Donostia-SB. We felt like family. Highly recommend for the price and experience

Anne and Andrea were lovely and accommodating. Breakfast was plentiful and accommodated my husband’s celiac needs. Shared washrooms.

Fun place. Ann was extraordinary. She was extremely accommodating letting us drop our bags early, she has many goodies stocked in the kitchen and even did our laundry. The place itself is in the heart of the old town. The rooms are very small, and it is a shared bathroom situation. We had a great time, but keep in mind this like a bit like a hostel for older folks. Not fancy at all.

The place itself is quiet but one side faces a square with cafes, and it can be noisy at night. Closing the windows and turning on the fan solved the problem. The ‘jefe’ Anne runs the place and she is great—very helpful, and she also supplied homemade cheesecake for breakfast, which was a nice touch.

Piacevole e confortevole ospitalità. Anné molto gentile e cortese. Colazione super, "tarte de questo" fantastica. Location centralissima e ben sonorizzata. No climatizzatore, ma ventilatore....meglio.

Le sejour s’est tres bien passé, l’emplacement est tres central ce qui permet de tout faire a pied et de visiter cette magnifique ville simplement. Anne est quelqu’un de sympathique, toujours la pour aider, conseiller, et partager sa bonne humeur. Les chambres sont convenables et le petit dejeuner superbe. Les prestations incluses sont sans equivalent, merci pour ce super sejour!

The location is great, being in the middle of old town and still close to the beach. The host Anne is super nice and looks after her guests.

Ett mysigt ställe där vår grupp på tre precis fick plats i det lilla rummet. Härligt att bo mitt i Gamla Stan och väckas av baskiska festivaler! Den rustika frukosten var också mycket uppskattad! Långt ifrån lyxhotellens stil, mer familjärt och enkelt. Värdinnan var helt charmerande och vi återvänder gärna inte minst för hennes skull!

Una experiencia diferente. Se debe estar consiente que es una pensión y no un hotel u hostal. Anne, la dueña del establecimiento, muy simpática y peculiar. El lugar está en una zona de san Sebastián ideal para pasear a pie y bien conectada con el transporte público de la región (al ser una zona céntrica hay mucho ruido en las calles que se escucha en los cuartos). Lo recomiendo siempre y cuando se espere una experiencia sencilla y sustentable.

The manager is not on-sight which makes checking in problematic. Cummications with management was difficult.

We loved our stay, Annes hospitality was amazing! She was very helpful giving us tips on the best places in San Sebastian, along with doing our laundry and even managed to get red wine stains out of my partners white clothes. Thanks again Anne for everything!

Good place for

The hosts were very accommodating. The location is right at center so be aware of the noise at middle of night. The room unfortunately was not clean. I dropped a thing on floor and discovered the dusts accumulated under the bed a wrapper and dusts stuck on curtain floor the floor was filthy.

Anne is amazing. So friendly! Loved breakfast each day. Very central location.
