共同ランドリーや、各室内にキッチンや冷蔵庫があり、とても快適に過ごすことが出来ました

Huoneet siistit, kaikki tarvittava välineistö oli, tv puutui muuten ok, wifi olisi ollut mut ei käytetty, jotan laadusta ei tietoa, sauna kuuluu ja käytiin siellä myös kuntosali olisi ollut, mutta ei käyty, festivaalireissulla olimme ystävän kanssa

The room was clean, lots of kitchen to use. Enjoyed the open tv room and kitchen; felt less lonely. Big shower, bed was comfortable. Very quiet, which I enjoyed. Elevator available, luggage storage was good. The only complaint, in the hotel description it states ‘hot breakfast provided’, but in the small print it says for a fee of 20e. Yikes. There is a market just around the corner. They have salads, oatmeal, yogurt, cheese, etc.

Loved our room!! And the common area was spacious and useful!!

The room was good but the bed wasn’t very comfortable and they only provided two small pillows, also there was no television in the room.

The location was perfect for my exploring. Right around the backside of the building was the tram or an easy quick walk to the city harbour & market place. The breakfast cafe was Mexican & offered a variety to chose from. Loved the sauna & cooling view. I didn’t even use all the amenities. Room was huge, appreciated the mini-apt.

We had an excellent stay in this well equipped co-living style property - well located with a Colombian style breakfast in the cafe, good quality modern Italian themed restaurant and co-working facilities

Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay.

It’s in a great location and is clean and practical and reasonably priced. We appreciated the laundry facilities in the building and the kitchen amenities in our unit. Has the feel more of a short term rental than a hotel. If that’s fine with you, this is a great choice.

Great and affordable spot to stay in Helsinki. We did not interact with staff since everything is quite digital. Check-in could be a little smoother. No reason to spend so much time entering personal data. That could've all been done ahead of time.

Overall just what we needed, clean and comfortable room in a good location. Minor downside was the online electronic check in.

Very good value. Room was quiet and comfortable. Lots of drawers. The only inconvenience was limited staff hours. I enjoyed the breakfast but after a few days I got tired of the same hot items being repeated, and wished there were more healthy items such as fresh fruit and different cereals. I took advantage of the 24/7 gym; this was one of the main reasons I booked Noli II. Location very close to downtown and scenic walks by the water. I have stayed two years in a row at Noli II and plan to return.

インターネットチェックインとチェックアウトは無人でもスムーズに出来ました キー1つでLaundryも予約記入すれば部屋に洗剤も在るし使い易いHotelでサウナも利用出来ます 部屋にTVは在りませんがそれも特に問題無しです キッチンはお鍋の蓋が無いのが残念でした

From the moment I arrived, I received a warm welcome. The space had everything I needed and was clean. The breakfast shop attached to the building is Columbia style, and the ladies were all sweet. Enjoyed talking with the residents and guests while in the sauna or in a common area space. Location was ideal and close to most things you'd want to do, very walkable and safe. I'd love to stay again next time I'm in Helsinki.

This was a great property, especially for a longer stay. I loved being able to cook breakfast in my room, do laundry, and enjoy the public areas of the hotel. And it was nice to be so close to the major attractions in Helsinki, while feeling like I was staying in a local neighborhood.

Great apartment. Lots of storage space, loved the kitchenette. Rain shower. Heated bathroom floor. Nice in-house sauna. Free laundry facility. The shared living space in the lobby, study rooms, kitchen is a great concept. The location is prime! 10 out of 10! Nothing but positive feedback here! There are two grocery stores within 400m from the apartment building.

Awesome studio apartment with all the necessities. Quiet building and area, Columbian breakfast at the backside of the lobby. Very close to Uppinski Cathedral, a couple of grocery stores, a couple of coffee shops, a great bar (with food) around the corner.
