What I didn’t like is that from my room you can hear everything from the outside TV didn’t work mattress was hard I like that the staff was very nice

The room was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The view was stunning from our room and the hotel itself is situated very high up. It’s definitely more comfort than luxury but that’s what I was aiming for

It was absolutely beautiful. I’ve never left an island feeling this disappointed to leave. I even tried to rebook Bay House for December 2026, but it’s already sold out! I’ll keep checking because I will definitely be back. The staff was incredibly kind, the food was excellent, and the shuttle service to and from the beach was such a great perk. And those views—simply breathtaking. I slept with the curtains open every night and spent hours relaxing on my balcony, taking it all in. The art, architecture, and overall design of the hotel were stunning and added so much to the experience. Bay House is truly a place I would book again and again. At Friday and Saturday are there events with big noise till 11 PM. Position on hill is romantic but It is very hard to use car. Roads are very narow and step. Without car you have to stay all day on room or leave with shuttle 9.AM and be back with shuttle 3PM. Breakfat is continental with fructs.

I recently stayed at the Bayhouse it was a nightmare my air conditioning wasn’t working three out of five days I was there. My air conditioning wasn’t working leaking water they said a technician fixed it the following day it still was broke. My water was cold and lukewarm, not really what you consider hot. I got fly bugs in my room thousands of them was In my room and also in my shower. They told me all the rooms were full and I can’t move rooms. I spent over 700 usd and feel robbed from a good time unable to sleep, my room took hours to clean I had to ask them to clean my room. Once it was clean I came back to bugs in my bed which were biting me and they hunted bad! I was told the property manager was never there and I never communicated she never called it was always through a third person. I was told she would reach when she became available and never did

Wonderful stay after our charter! Beautiful views and great food. Our room was a little noisy with other guests upstairs but otherwise it was a great stay.

The rooms were clean and the staff were extremely attentive. However, There’s a management issue as far as communication with guests and amenities maintenance. The pool should be cleaned more often, without guests having to ask. The kitchen and bar should stay open EVERYDAY, until the time stated. Which is 10 pm. There needs to be a mini fridge in every room, especially if food is à la carte. The complimentary continental breakfast has good options, but should include eggs as well. The hotel has a simple boutique feel, that is nostalgic but can use some updating. Overall I enjoyed my stay, because the staff did their very best to accommodate as much as possible. The location also has one of the most incredible views on island, but is a bit far from the town area. There needs to be more than one beach shuttle for guests, throughout the day. There should be at the very least, 4 shuttles back and forth into the town everyday.

Breakfast was good. Staff was attentive. The only negative thing was the fact that there were no running water on my arrival. I had to shower in the employees shower downstairs and access was on the outside.

Perfect for a quiet get away to unwind and read by the wee lounging pool, but it is quite a hike to and back from Grand Anse beach in steep hills. Bring good walking shoes. The breakfast is good and the restaurant is excellent and always open.

Great location with fantastic view. Clean and spacious room.Confortable bed. Staff very polite and friendly. Good continental breakfast included, for a little pay you can have cooked breakfast. We had lunch and diner here and food was delicious. Its a simple stay but have all you need. Pleanty of bars and restaurant around. I can only recomend this accomodation. We will stay again.

Breakfast was delicious!! Fresh fruits, muesli, cereal, toast, preserves, little quiches. Dinner also good. Its a quite little gem, spacious rooms with air con, fridge. Comfy bed, massive bathroom.views are breaytaking and the pool provides a lovely cooling dip.

The room was clean, staff very friendly and helpful, the property is nice with great views of the beach. It is off the main road so a car rental or taxi service will need to be used if you want to explore the island. A free beach shuttle is offered so thats a plus, we didnt eat on property as we were mostly out.

The property was not prepared for guests. An event was taking place at check-in. I was welcomed to a wedding reception and very loud music. The route to the property was very dangerous - the roads are horrible for driving. The rooms need to be renovated and updated with beds, appliances, and doors. No privacy - while I was contemplating moving to another property two people walked in my room. I don't suggest the Bay House as an option for your stay

The breakfast menu was fresh and delicious, the hotel itself was beautiful. The staff was amazing, respectful, friendly, and attentive. I would definitely book this hotel again, and this time, I’m planning to set up a photo shoot. The view is breathtaking, especially during sunset. There was one minor issue, though. I would recommend that the hotel get an ironing board and extra iron or a steamer. This was a small inconvenience, but it was very important while I was on vacation. I forgot to mention the Tiffany blue chair’s did it for me. 10 out of a 10 for me

The Bay House is a lovely property with helpful staff and good food.

Arrived early for retreat reserved double room meaning 2 beds and ocean but arrived not case. Then no hot water in neither shower nor sink! No refrigerator, no microwave, no safe, chest drawers. Others on retreat have fridge but I was told based on class of my room insulting based on hefty price paid. Then room switch had to wait one hour wasting my time when I would be napping. They wanted to convince a glass of wine would make up for this mess. Now worst they added some random tab to my bill, next door smokers, a nightmare, unacceptable, beyond upsetting and disappointing. Never again.
