All the staff so nice always smile and Natali and other girl can’t remember her name so knowledgeable and helpful the hotel smell so lovely will definitely stay the again the bed so comfort the room have spacious thank you staff at The crown hand written hotel keep it up good work

Very good service. Breakfast was included in our room rate. The cold cuts and sweets were all good. There was also a breakfast menu to order eggs Benedict etc, at no extra charge. Two mornings we had to leave early and they made up breakfast boxes to take with us. Just two examples. I was very impressed.

The breakfast there was ok and expensive, I’d rather have eaten out in the city. The room was incredible though

Very nice hotel, great breakfast

This is a lovely hotel to stay in, the hotel smells amazing and is so clean and really lovely. It is in a great location and walking distance to the old town and shops, restaurants. The bed is lovely and comfy and our room was cleaned every day and fresh towels. The staff are all friendly and polite and speak good English. We didn’t have breakfast as was up and out but it looked lovely. Highly recommend staying here for your visit.

The Bodysoap in the shower was empty for 3 days

Överlag ett trevligt hotell med bra personal, men inte lika fint som det framstår på bilderna. I vårt hotellrum saknades en fjärrkontroll till TVn, duschen var smutsig, fläkten i badrummet var full av damm och fungerade inte samt att lamporna blinkade. Rummet var trångt och luktade lite unket från heltäckningsmattan. Frukosten ser bra ut på bild men var ganska smaklös.

The property was beautiful! Everything was always clean, everything was always stocked up! Staff were great and so kind!!!!!!! I LOVED IT THERE!!! Xxxx

Walkable distance from old town. Lovely comfortable clean hotel. Staff really helpful and approachable. Would def come again

We had a fantastic stay at The Crown Krakow Center – Handwritten Collection! The hotel combines stylish design with a warm and personal atmosphere. The room was comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the location is perfect for exploring the charm of Krakow. The breakfast was really good with a nice selection, and the service was simply excellent. Highly recommended!

This hotel was outstanding. From the moment you walk in the door everything is perfect. Beautiful decor. The staff could not do enough to help you. Breakfast was fantastic, loads of choice and really set us up for the day. The main square was 20 minutes walk from the hotel, if you turn right out of the front door it's a straight road there. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel convenient location

The customer service was amazing and the breakfast was even better, loved my stay and would stay again. It was nice and quiet and pretty easy walk away from old town.

Everything was perfect! Except the bar could stay open later (closes at 10PM).

The hotel was on the north side of the city about 12 min from the palace. Breakfast was outstanding. Staff were very accommodating. Parking was a bit of a challenge on street.

Lovely staff, comfortable bed, great location, perfect

A lovely comfortable hotel, only let down by the noise of Trams running almost through the night. If triple glazing was put in, it might just dampen the noise. Found it difficult to sleep. Everything else was great. Breakfast was amazing, with so much choice available, fast and friendly service.

Ótima estadia em um hotel pequeno, muito confortável, silencioso e apesar de não ser próximo à praça principal, dá pra ir caminhando. Funcionários simpáticos e um bom café da manhã. Bom para quem gosta de lugares mais exclusivos.

Amazing room with a super comfortable bed and great bathroom amenities. Also in a great location near a tram stop for exploring. I’d definitely come back to this hotel!
