Personalen var väldigt tillmötesgående och hon som hade hand om boende var helt underbar. Hon fixade alla problem som uppkom och hjärta alltid till alla lägen. Jag rekommendera det här boendet till alla och jag kommer att stanna med dig igen.

Property was large with full kitchen and balcony with view of Manila bay. Security were friendly and helpful.

The room was in very poor condition… the pictures are very deceptive. The bathroom was very dirty, rusted and very out dated… I would never stay there again…. The neighborhood is extremely dirty and excessive homelessness.. the only very positive aspect was that the room was quiet and the had a VERY comfortable bed.

the place was very clean and views are stunning! my family had a great time and wanted to live there!

One thing I have to complained the German cockroaches needs to taking care of , unacceptable.

La peor experiencia de mi vida. El sitio está ubicado en una zona peligrosa de Manila. No hay término medio en cuanto a alojamientos, o te vas a un hotel de lujo, o mejor no te fíes de los alojamientos de 4 estrellas. La presencia del personal dejaba mucho que desear y el alojamiento estaba sucio, las sábanas tenían lamparones y no había ni papel higiénico. Nada recomendable. De nuevo, cuidado con Manila, hay mucho contraste y la mayoría de las zonas no son seguras para turistas.

You had me at bidet. Spacious living area with a great view, WiFi and hot showers.

This was my third stay at the property and as always Mel and the team excel at providing the best service in Manila. Great apartments in a great location whether you’re staying local to the area or exploring further afield. Mel and the team make everything easy from start to finish whilst making you feel really welcome. Looking forward to staying again in 9 weeks and many more times to come!!

Was OK, THEY have a timer with there aircondition. That is why everytime we come back from outside. The room was hot. Our damage deposit was not back right away when we check out. We need to wait for awhile. I think we've waited for 45 mins. We plan to give them TIP but because of what they did. We took the whole amount.

Cleanliness needs improvement

Overall, it was pretty good. Really good value for stay. Amazing view from the 36th floor and quiet. The AC was amazing to have, especially how friggin hot it was when I stayed. The front desk clerk, can’t remember her name, was polite and hospitable and beautiful

Not luxury, not 3 bedroom and not 4 and a half star as advertised. Very disappointing overall. Expedia should not be advertising this property as 4.5 star luxury. On the plus side the kitchen was very well equipped. Sadly everything else fell very short of what was advertised ( oversold ), and what was expected. Were provided a 2 bedroom unit and a non adjoining 1 bedroom unit. Not ideal when travelling with special needs kids and specifically booking a 3 bedroom apartment. There was a third unit sharing the same entrance hall that was occupied to both my units needed to locked for safety and therefore separated them which was not what I expected from booking a 3 bedroom unit. Air con units are very loud. Bathrooms small and showers leak into the bathroom. No washing g machine and no laundry to wash. Only 1 bath towel provided per person even though website stated more. Pool access was extra even though the oool was advertised as a benefit of stating here ( another issue Expedia were contacted about but did not get back to me as they promised they would ). I travel often and stay in apartments often and this was truely very disappointing. Don’t waste your money

Overall a 2 star experience. DO NOT rely on the staff and DO NOT take anything they say seriously. I went back and forth with them a few times about water and toiletries. Expect to buy toiletries and water for yourself, do not rely on staff to get it in a reasonable timeframe. The establishment is much nicer compared to the people working there. Firstly, (not their fault entirely), I booked transportation to the hotel but had to get my own taxi. This is the real kicker, I wanted to trade the transportation for another free water jug, $28 transportation for a 5 gallon jug of water is a very good trade off. I thought I was simplifying things but instead was met with silence and false promises. I do not recommend ordering anything for the room, just go buy necessities from local stores to save you a headache. It can take 2-3 business days for you to receive what you asked for.

It's not family friendly the area is called Red light district. There is a lot of club/Kareoke bar. Very busy at night with clubbing, It's not good for family vacation. Its noisy if we are not in a higher level It's very noisy. It's okay to stay only for few days but not luxurious it's like Motel 6. The view was great but the bathroom sink is clogging it's bot draining properly. The water heater is not hot it's lukewarm and the water pressure is low. The pick up and drop off that we paid for it was late. We didn't have a good experience, We travel abroad every year so this place is okay but I would not book it again if I visit again in the Philippines. I would book a Holiday Inn Express or Marriott Hotel or much better hotel than this one.

Hotel plus que je croyais de l aéroport mais super servicepour retour a l aéroport ...seul bémol la climatisation arrete meme si le degré n est pas atteint...et quand on utilise le micro onde le breaker saute...aprt ca bon e experience en général
