The property was great. Small issues with facial recognition based entry on arrival but everyone was friendly. Hassle was that there is no place to store luggage (or if there was, clearly for residents, we were not allowed access) meant we had to carry our luggage around all day till our 9 pm flight (and checkout was 11 am). This was a huge headache. Not an issue at a hotel. Everybody was super nice. Apartment comfortable. Location convenient. Shopping center inside.

Al llegar a la propiedad no tenían registro alguno de mi llegada ya que no me enviaron de manera previa instrucciones de pre check in. La comunicación con la persona del hotel fue a través de un Interphone de puerta, nunca de manera directa dificultándose por la diferencia de idiomas . No tuve otra opción que buscar otro hotel donde pasar la noche .

The check in procedure is not straight forward. You are supposed to come to reception with an 'apartment' number for your check-in. Thereafter everything happened through AI or whatsapp and after 4.00pm, no numan interaction until 8.00am. The room assigned had no internet, so small that one can only lie on the bed! The washroom is like in a boat cabin. The 'business apt' was so choking I checked out after 2 hrs out of 5 days! It felt Iike a prison cell. All apt are the same - cell-like don't fall for the hype. The system is so rigged they sent me thank you message for staying with them for 5 days! It is all AI or computer-generated messages with minimal human interaction and presence. It felt like a hoax! I lost $500.00 with no apologies or human interface!

Hospedagem muito boa, quarto super completo com tudo: toalhas, sabonete, um cooktop, airfryer, algumas panelas e utensílios que sao super uteis. Também estava disponível um ferro de passar roupas e secador de cabelo. A cama é bem confortavel e o chuveiro muito bom. O predio é super equipado com uma pequena conveniência com alguns produtos, espaco de coworking, lavanderia e é super seguro. O quarto também é bem silencioso. Fui para um evento no Shopping Frei Caneca e a localização simplesmente não podia ser MAIS perfeita! Fica ao lado, é literalmente só atravessar a rua! Foi a melhor localização que eu poderia ficar para o meu objetivo. Eu adorei o quarto e a minha estadia.
