Good Location, metro is very near and good for local shopping, definitely need to improve cleanliness of room specially washroom, roaches everywhere. Restaurant Located on the same floor as the hotel, though it is unclear if they are under the same management. The food claims to be authentic, but it isn't. The taste does not justify the high price. With a proper maintenance there is lots of potential business.. all the best.
