Service was poor —we arrived in the early morning and I told the receptionist to please skip the whole orientation and check in speech because we wanted to go to bed but she keep stubbornly talking about where the gym and pool was located, how to find the water bottles, a bunch of other worthless stuff. When we woke up in the morning in a hurry we discovered that our daughter’s key on one floor did not permit her to come to our floor (what?). So we had a stressful morning trying to get out while going and getting new keys from the front desk just so our daughter could come to our room. Then the valet area was a ghost town. This hotel is one of the worst “luxury” hotels in the Bellevue area. You should pick another hands down, and especially if you are trying to do business there.
