Third time staying here, another trip planned in July. Our absolute favorite.

Amazing hotel, very authentic, received a great service from hotel staff. Food is very delicious, rooms are big enough. I give 10/10 to this hotel.

Outstanding stay. Professional and friendly staff everywhere, a notch above. Excellent food and setting. Loved the roof top bar. Relaxed setting in the heart of it all. Walked to almost everything I wanted to see. Thanks to the team and I shall return.

The hotel is very beautiful inside and designed in Riad style and in a great location, but that's all it is. The room was very cramped and impractical. There was no space for suitcases, when you put one on the bench in the hallway it blocked the hallway cupboard, behind which there was a safetybox.The toilet/shower room was small, the cup-shaped sinks were too high and close together, 2 people couldn't brush their teeth at the same time. Because the sinks were too high, the water flowed down the elbows into the cupboard, wetting everywhere. The window had a view of the pit/inner courtyard, as if you were at the bottom of a well, you couldn't see the sun. Another downside was the breakfast, which you had to choose from a list, not buffet style. The minibar was large, and the staff was very friendly. The beds were the best I've slept in 20 years! I woke up in the morning in the same position I fell asleep in the evening. Sad that addind pic's is not possible in Hotels.com app.

This hotel has everything. Impossible to beat. Staff delightful and always willing to do more. I hope we find an excuse to come back

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in as it ticked every box for us; we were there for four nights. The decor is beautiful, the bedroom and bathroom were spacious and very nicely furnished, the dining and relaxation areas - including the roof-top terrace - were all delightful. Above all, every member of the hotel team we met was friendly, courteous and provided excellent service. We are re-booking for later this year.

Beautiful hotel lovely room overlooking the courtyard staff were very friendly and efficient was in a good location would definitely stay again if visiting Seville. Breakfast wasn’t included in my booking but as we had an early flight we had one on our last day and we really enjoyed it.

This property is a Hidden Gem in the heart of beautiful Sevilla! We have stayed in many top tier hotels and I strongly recommend this hotel. The service is excellent the facilities are beautiful and the location is great. We HIGHLY Recommend 👍. Hotel Palacio Don Ramon has nothing to envy from the Ritz Carlton’s or any other top tier hotels …..

Outstanding service and quality

Everything was perfect in terms of the Hotel and location plus the staff couldn’t do enough to assist us. Will certainly stay again. Only negative but got use to it in the end, no Buffet breakfast and you had to order so if your in a rush, not great.

Absolutely outstanding

This hotel was absolutely beautify and centrally located. The service was amazing especially the turn down service every evening.

If hospitality is important to you, do not stay at this hotel. The staff is completely apathetic. You will not be treated as a valued guest, but rather, as an inconvenience. Pros: the location is close to everything you could possibly need, the courtyard area is beautiful, and the bathrooms are luxurious. Cons: Staff, overwhelming/headache-producing sickening scent that is pumped into every area of the hotel, and the less than average onsite restaurant. All in all, there are many other better choices in Seville.
