The hotel is far from malls or the city, it was inconvenient no restaurants/stores nearby. It was expensive to take grub transportation going back & forth to the city. The hotel is so isolated. I wish they offer free shuttle to the mall at least 2 trips per day would help. The restaurant doesn’t have food options. We thought we will taste Kapangpangan specialty food, but the food is so ordinary. The breakfast time slot is too late at 7Am, Our tours started at 6AM, we have to leave before 6, we missed the breakfasts during our 4 days stay. Good thing on the last day, we begged to at least make a sandwich for us coz we checked out early before the kitchen/restaurant opened. The staff are accommodating, quick to reply when we called for transportation. There was no hot tub in pool. It wpuld be nice to have jacuzzi or at least hot tub.

Swimming pool area is clean. Resort have a 10pm quiet time rule but guests are still on videoke until after midnight and are pretty loud. The restaurant opened late for breakfast.

Can’t find the entrance and too dark.
