Wonderful stay!

Decent place to stay in Banff

Hot tub was excellent with beautiful rooms. The interior of our room is super nice and clean.

Wonderful hotel and staff. Nicest hotel with mountain scenery close to downtown Banff area. Great restaurants nearby. Hotel has a great hot pool with sauna overlooking the Rockies. Enjoyed our stay immensely.

This hotel has had an amazing renovation and was one of the best places we have stayed in recent years. The hot pool area has a stunning view of the mountain and is an amazing facility. Stunning views of the mountain and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They even provide fresh ground coffee and milks every day.

The hotel itself was great — the room was nice, and the view was beautiful. Unfortunately, the restaurant, Sudden Sally, really dragged the experience down. It was extremely hit or miss, mostly miss. The breakfast sandwich I ordered tasted old and honestly disgusting, like it had been sitting around far too long. Credit where it’s due, they did refund it, but that doesn’t exactly make up for serving food like that in the first place. The service was just as inconsistent. Most of the waiters seemed completely uninterested and rarely checked in. There was one attentive staff member, but unfortunately I forgot their name. Overall, the restaurant felt poorly managed and nowhere near the same standard as the hotel itself.

My boyfriend and I loved this hotel! It’s so close to banff town and just being able to open our doors to nature was so relaxing. There was also nothing like coming back and going to the hot tub after a long hike/snowboarding day. We would definitely come back here!

This hotel exceeded expectations! Our room with spacious and the amenities like the hot tub and fire pits were wonderful. On-site dining was also great.

The room was clean. The view is wonderful. The pool area is nice. Only downside is that the staffs aren’t very welcoming.

It’s not as you expect, it’s too noisy because of the machines, maybe air conditioners or maybe laundry machines, cannot sleep well in the whole night. It’s too dry inside the room, cannot find a humidifier

This was our second stay at this Hotel. The biggest downside I have, is when spending more than a night there. They do not come in and clean your room/refresh the room during the day. For the prices of the rooms. That should happen. It was disappointing. Especially if they are charging upwards of $1000/night during busy times in the high season. We still paid over $400 a night.
