수영장이 있지만 별도로 계산해야한다는점이 아쉽습니다. 새로운 건물이라 청결은 만족하고 위치 또한 해운대 앞이라 좋습니다 ^^

Okay for the price, but overall there is some false advertising. Washing machine shown in the pics is not usable, so it is misleading. Building amenities like the pool are not free. Toiletries are not the same brand shown on the labels. They only provide 1 extra toilet paper per day.

The hotel apartments are new, modern and very clean. There is a 25000 won charge to using the spa and pool. My only suggestion would be to add more amenities to the apartments as they are currently quite empty, for example there is no washing machine and not even coffee cups.

시설 위치 다 좋았습니다. 38층에 인피니티풀(유료) 이용시에도 편리하고 좋았습니다.

This is not really a hotel, which is fine if you are aware of that. It is a brand new residential building. Like...so new that the other doors in the hallway were still covered in cardboard. It is very clean and well located but seems to be still working on setting up. Our daily towels never arrived, no daily trash pick up, and there are extra charges for things like more than one pillow per person. Its a fine option if you understand what you are booking. Very spacious.

This hotel is very disappointing. I booked this hotel mainly because the location is very convenient (which it is to be honest) and it has a washing machine shown in the photos. However, we were told that the machine was not for use. The machine was not connected at all. I just don’t get why they put those photos with the washing machine on the website to mislead people. Another disappointing thing is that there is no service at all. We stayed for 3 nights. No house keeping, and we even have to dump garbage and wash dishes ourselves. Anyways, I will not recommend this hotel to my friends. Think before you book this hotel.

The property did not provide enough towels or bed linens. We arrived late and no one was there to help. The area or building is under renovation so you can see a lot of construction. Our room was very new and spacious. I wish it was closer to the beach and shopping area.

The general feeling I got after staying here was they are very deceptive in their presentation of the property. First, the primary picture for the property is the pool in the building. However, this pool is only available at an extra cost. This is not stated anywhere on Expedia when making the reservation. For our party of 6 it would have been extra C-note plus each time we went to the pool. Second, we reserved a 3 bedroom, and to our surprise the 3rd bedroom did not actually have a bed. Our third person had to sleep on the couch. I would have just gotten the 2 bedroom had I known. Especially since my friends who we were traveling with booked the 2 bedroom, and they received the same 3 bedroom floor plan. They also had full ocean view, queens instead of doubles, end table for the beds. All for almost a C-note cheaper than my unit. The final negative for my rental was the master bathroom smelled terrible, like mold and mildew. I would not stay here again, as I don't like feeling swindled. You could get lucky like my friends and get a great unit for good price, or get hosed with a 3 bedroom with no bed. Can't even believe that someone would advertise a 3bedroom with no bed.

Great place to stay in Busan. Conveniently located within walking distance of Hanueda Beach and everything else you could be needed. Will stay here again when. In Busan.

Well that was a big mistake… the property is still under active construction, including the lobby and most of the units. There’s dust everywhere (probably something toxic since workers were all wearing masks) Don’t expect your regular hotel experience because it isn’t. This is a residence, or apartment-like facility at least the unit I stayed. There is no lobby and a personnel to greet you or assist. Btw, for partial ocean view, turns out, you get an inch of ocean view blocked by another building in front. I wish I could upload a photo of this hilarious place. The location was convenient, just behind a main tourist street. The unit itself was clean, spacious, though it would’ve been nice to have some coffee mugs instead of two disposable cups which they refused to restock. Go figure.

We arrived at the hotel location, but there's no front desk and there was signage saying to check your email for your code (didn't receive one), check your phone for a text (we had an e-sim so couldn't check). We spent about 30 minutes trying to figure out what to do! We had already paid for the hotel room and I had nothing on my reservation confirmation email. We finally saw a small sign by the elevator to go to the third floor... where there was luckily someone there who repeated the email/text code. He took my passport to verify ID and then wrote down the hotel room number and code. The room was large and spacious, but the bed sheets and pillow covers had dirty stains on them... and our main complaint was that the bathrooms smelled horrible... like there was a major sewage backup and we were sleeping in a rotten outhouse. The kids were gagging all the time and even with shutting the bathroom doors, we could still smell it in the bedrooms. Although the room was large and great, due to the dirty sheets and terrible smell we wouldn't be able to recommend this accommodation to another family!

Foi realmente excelente o lugar myito práticos perto de tudo varios restaurants e os funcionários do hotelforam ums fofos myito prestativos e educados adorei. Recomendarei esse hotels com certeza.

Room was really nice,new and comfortable. Hotel doesn't have receptionist on 1st floor but 3rd floor ( no info. ) Other BAD was we can't use our charger for Ipad & Phone. Have to buy a converter to use it

The property has a convenient location for you to get around. The property is like an apartment, so amenities like room service, towel change and free fitness facility access is not provided. The fitness facility requires a fee and the towel change is only provided when requested.

Great place! Would recommend!
