We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were professional, friendly, and incredibly communicative from start to finish. The unit was clean, comfortable, and priced very reasonably — overall, an excellent value. The location was very convenient for our needs and walking distance to Southwoods Mall. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay and would happily book again. Highly recommend!

Room was accommodating for the 1 night we stayed. It is located in a nice location. The sofa/folding sleeper needs a little cleaning and TLC. The bathroom was ok, but needs a deep clean to meet up with rental standards.

We had hard time checking in because we can’t find address and we hired “grab” though we had spoken to the person in charge it’s hard to contact him we went back and forth using Facebook - what was lacking is the name of the bldg which is Holland . We gave feedback as to the condition - coackroaches etc and they responded to the email. The place we like because it’s quiet place and it’s near Robinson Mall and bake shop and 7- eleven but condition of the room is not satisfactory because of insect. Hope they will try to sanitize the place since we gave notice of our occupancy ahead of time. They should be able to be proactive in reaching out to clients instead of clients reaching out to them . Maybe a phone call to have personal touch of communication instead of Facebook. They are competing with hotels and if they can copy the service like someone to greet the clients ( add the cost to the price ) that would be nice for clients to feel welcomed instead of security guards though I think this is the practice. We told them that we won’t book with them any longer and we brought same concern that I mentioned.
