Let's start with the fact that they do not have electric outlets near the beds. Yes for USB to charge phones, but no Cpap. Had to move bed about 20 feet! Then, the parking! 26 spots in garage for over 100 rooms! Advertised as free parking. Was directed by front desk staff to park in area designated for work/deliveries. I asked, Are you sure? and they said it is OK, we monitor on cameras. Woke up next am ready to drive to airport and car has been towed by police!

Ho prenotato con parcheggio disponibile, arrivo e al cek in l'addetta mi dice che debbo parcheggiare sulla strada, da precisare che la struttura è a ridosso dell'autostrada ,quindi con tanto rumore. (La notte nn ho dormito) la mattina mi ritrovo la macchina sfondata al deflettore, all'interno oltre alle mie cose mi hanno rubato la carta di circolazione, ho reclamato con la struttura ma che gli importa.signori Italiani non andate vi rompono l'auto .

Ottima struttura, molto pulita e ben tenuta. Buona colazione dolce e salata con prodotti freschi. Parcheggio ampio anche davanti alla struttura. Unico appunto negativo, un solo asciugamano a testa per tutto.

Los cubiertos en el desayuno estaban sucios. El baño aunque estaba limpio, tenía un fuerte olor a desague.

Le meilleur rapport qualité prix trouvé sur Nice. Il est quand même recommandé d'être véhiculé (parking sous terrain à 12€, mais possibilité de garer non loin gratuitement). Hôtel propre et équipé, personnel avenant et discret, chambre très convenable et propres. Séjour agréable.

Hôtel récent mais décevant sur plusieurs aspects. Le parking souterrain est très étroit, difficile d'accès, avec un nombre limité de places — attention aux rayures ! J’ai finalement dû me garer sur la voie publique. Côté chambre, l’isolation phonique est insuffisante : un large jour sous la porte laisse passer la lumière… et surtout le bruit des autres clients. Pour le tarif proposé et l’emplacement, je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

It's a fine hotel. It's far off the beaten path so don't expect any amenities and if you're not driving you'll need an uber to get anywhere. It's a good alternative to the more expensive airport hotels, even with the added cost of an uber.

Super noisy, couldn’t sleep! Also, nothing in the rooms except 2 paper cups. No amenities in the room at all!, I wouldn’t pay a dollar to stay here. Terrible

Friendly staff, easy to find, clean and paid parking underneath the hotel. Great value and all conveniences on site ie food and drinks available 24/7
