She said that what she had was a reservation from another company in my name (Booking) and that I did not pay and that she replied to them that there were no rooms. If I had not called the number on the hotel.com page, I would not have received the room. Many thanks to the person who answered the phone and solved the problem. As for the receptionist, she should check what she is doing and differentiate between the types of reservations. Otherwise, the matter was normal.
