Very clean and modern hotel with great amenities. Laundry room, continental breakfast included, great location. Would definitely come back.

Highly recommend this hotel! We had a balcony which was great to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. It is close/walking distance to all the amenities. Staff are friendly and the breakfast was w, it is not a hot continental but was good enough to get your day started. Only negative is that we could not get housekeeping every day but did get extra towels. So after 4 days we had quite a few towels and trash built up. It would be great if you could request a light cleaning just for those types of things.

Ended up in a tiny room. Definitely not as photos. Cramped kitchen and bath. Took at least 4-5 minutes before water was hot enough for a shower.

Great modern roomy and clean room

This hotel is conveniently located. But for the price charged, you would expect a minimum in terms of breakfast or amenities in the bathroom. All and all, a bit of a stingy feeling. Plus the common area had more in common with a retirement house than with a proper hotel. Reception staff nice and helpful.

Great location, easy to walk everywhere. Clean, new facilities. The games room in the basement was great for the kids to run around. Breakfast was also pretty good. The only criticism is the staff was a bit slow to respond to requests. I had asked for a crib weeks in advance and at check in they said it would already be set up in the room, it wasn’t, so I called to get one before I left for the day, they said no problem. But when I got back after 8pm it still wasn’t set up. I had to wait for someone to come and finally set it up before putting the cranky baby down. Also we were expecting housekeeping to tidy up the room after our first night but when we got back to the room it had not been cleaned and we were told they don’t do cleaning unless asked…and it was too late to get it done. This was confusing and disappointing since usually the default is that your room is cleaned unless you put a sign on your door saying do not disturb.

It was definitely a 3 star. No parking. Dirty wrapper beside bed. No cleaning until after 3 days. Had to ask
