I had a terrible experience with this stay. I arrived late and there is no one on the lobby, I keep calling them no answer, knocked the front gate, no answer, about an hour later, I have to go find a other hotel’s at 3 am in a unknown country by myself!!!!! The hotel over called me back or email me for checks in … I try to get the refund and they rejected saying that was my fault and didn’t show up ontime!!! Please please don’t book with them..
