We need somewhere to have a good sleep after a late arrival. It was really easy to check in. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Quiet enough area. Airport transfers were easy and convenient. Staff and service were great. Would stay again.

Brilliant service for a hotel this well priced. Very nice large bedroom. Private bathroom. Coffee tea facilities. Bed extremely comfortable. Beautifully made with fresh clean linen. Plenty of blankets. Modern heatpump. I just couldn't fault this property. GREAT PLACE TO STAY FOR AN OVERNIGHT STAY WHEN IN TRANSIT. Next time will try their restaurant. Looking forward to overnighting here again in the future. P.S. Special commendation for Ruth(check in) and the night staff Krishna and Kuldip I think(forgotten this last person's name). Excellent manner. Great service. A+

The property needs at the very least a basic renovation. Facilities are very worn with swollen/cracked chipboard, holes in walls, doors and floors. Broken furniture, broken window latches, loose wiring and faulty appliances left in room. Cleaning needs a lot of improvement- algae/mould in bathrooms, rubbish from previous guests on floor and under bed. Our room smelt of sweat and body odour so we had to open our door for about 20 mins to let some fresh air in. The 2 chairs in our room were stained, had holes in the fabric and smelt really awful. Carpet had many stains. All the towels were stained or worn, even the replacements that we requested. Staff was very polite and friendly though.

Was nothing like the pictures or description, room if you would even call it that was filthy, no proper heating (only small heater that was half broken and looked like it might catch fire), stains on pillows and bedding, shared facilities were digusting, seemed more like a really horrible hostel rather than hotel. Hard to even find the room in the first place as it was in some random building off the other part of the hotel, whole place stunk like mold/damp. We left after about 15mins and went to another hotel as couldn't get past how disgusting it was to stay the night. Didn't take photos as just wanted to get out of there!

Competitive price. Good location- near some shops and airport. Liked the room size and easy shuttle bus service. Disliked the mould in the shower.

Room/ carpet smelt musty

My check in was great, exactly what you want when arriving at midnight. Slept well but unfortunately woke up to bites, brown tap and shower water (hot tap only) and a cockroach on the wall. Rooms really need better cleaning.

Good value for $$$. However my room came with a leaking shower which would flood the floors if you didn't put a towel down. Other than that, you get what you pay for.

I wasn’t satisfied with this stay and decided to leave early. It wasn’t very clean, and looked halfway through a renovation.

Reception is in the next building. Efficient check-in staff. We arrived with the Yellow Bus airport shuttle -- very convenient. Room was quite cold when we arrived but the heater slowly warmed it. Room is large, but the very small work desk did not have any nearby access to electricity. Beds were comfortable. Nice size bathroom, but wash basin is outside in the room and very low. Adequate hot water. Little storage space in the room. Carpeting is a bit worn. Because of the chill in the room, my wife wanted to make some tea, but the heating coils in the electric kettle appeared to be covered with a black substance, so she abandoned her plan. For those who like self-catering, the small Airport Food Store is only a few minutes walk away. Not many restaurants within walking distance. Fine for one night during a long layover in Auckland but not convenient to the city center unless you have your own transport.

Shower plug not there, so had to avoid a 7cm hole.

Place emergency housing people in the shared wing & place paying customers in the private rooms & upgrade the private rooms Landscape & tidy the gardens Clean the pool Fix the curtain tracks put nets up on all windows on the shared side Fix the hotel its breaking down Bathroom & cooking & toileting areas need upgrade in the shared side Rooms carpet & walls need upgrades Invest earnings into renovating your property even emergency housing people need a nice place to stay with their kids

Was dirty toilet seat broken shower not clean would not go back

I walked down the road from VR to Mangere village about 2 km lovely evening stroll .Early flight next day reason for stay..Hill walk nearby there. Free Shuttle airport service is 100% great.Shared bathroom in hallway very good.Full shared kitchen on site up hall. Room cleanbed comfy and quiet and private . Parts of second hotel now joint management on site being upgraded in areas near lower cost room I chose.Not an issue to me. Great pool and grass area would be fab in summer with kids.

Little or no maintenence of rooms. Benches marked, carpet shoddy and marked. Broken chair , no heating.

Room was not good at home very very bad all the chair was rusty no clean at all I’ve seen you guys rating that time that’s why I booked it but that’s not good at all
