Personnel très sympathique, lits confortables. Par contre chambre pas très propre et le mini frigo était franchement sale.

yes. parking was provided. very good. Food at the restaurant was very good . Very pleased with our stay. We recommend the hotel de l'Avenue.

Breakfast was fresh and tasty both days. Dinner service was great as well. The bed was very comfortable. Location was perfect for visiting Chantilly's attractions.

Staff was lovely. They couldn’t be warmer and more welcoming. The hotel is 10-15 minute walk to the Chateau. Very nice classic French breakfast for which we opted. The room is simple which for us was fine since we were out everyday sightseeing.(bought the 2 day pass for the Chateau). Fun bistro/restaurant downstairs but quiet after 10:30 pm so never bothered us. Street quiet at night.

Chambre sans chauffage, salle de bain vétuste, pas de sèche-cheveux, oreillers inadaptés (deux gros coussins de fauteuil durs ) , pomme de douche crasseuse

Accueil au top, couchage aussi. Déjeuner rien à dire. Mais isolation de la chambre catastrophique, et le matin, j’ai eu de l’eau chaude pendant 2 minutes, puis plus rien. Malgré tentative en variant les robinets de température et puissance du jet. Assez désagréable un matin d’hiver où il fait -3 dehors.

客房不太清潔，安排的房間在一樓第一間，廚房就在正下方，很吵。看來他們比較注重餐廳的生意，酒店只是副業，稱不上為一間酒店。

Chambre propre, personnel agréable

Staff are busy running a restaurant. No one dedicated to hotel guests. No safe room for luggage to stay while you wait for your room. Very thin walls . Trouble connecting ,and staying connected to wifi.

Nette kleine Unterkunft, zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Gutes Frühstück, vielleicht etwas zu viel Verpackungsmüll. In die Jahre gekommen.

We had a cute apartment but my mom couldnt walk much and it was at the tip floor...

Hotel très simple bruyant car peu insonorisé. Petit déjeuner excellent.

Great place to stay in beautiful Chantilly, we enjoyed the convenience and location of this Hotel in relation to the center of town and the Chateau. Very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast on the patio every day of our stay.
