Cobwebs in room toilet shower smelt of Urine Awful Pay a bit more money and staying a better place Plus, it’s like a maze lift are like you get in a industrial factory

Would never stay there again totally waste of money. Spent 118.00 for the room absolutely shocking would never recommend it to anyone

Hotel was in a great location but we had the worst night sleep. Room was way too hot. Windows would only open a small amount so couldnt air it. The bed was ao uncomfortable, my back is killing me. Sorings in the mattrass sticking out and the pillows were as flat as pancakes

We came for our mini moon and had the best time! The staff were very friendly and the entertainment each evening was great! Thank you!

Was woken up at 3am in morning someone knocking on door was very noisy room was right next to a noisy fan outside no water supplied in room shower was terrible water everywhere

Overall hotel was convenient for all local attractions. Very central. Friendly staff. Due to warm weather the small double room was extremely hot & made sleeping very difficult due to temperature. We bought our own fan from the shops but this didn’t cool it very much so wasn’t very comfortable for this reason.

The lady on reception was rather rude and hostile when we asked for an iron she said she has a coach load of 25 couples sharing rooms and gave out all 25 irons she finally gave in and got us one begrudgingly with attitude!

Nothing in the bathroom to wash yourself but a tiny soap. Shower you could not turn round in no parking small room

Nice friendly helpful staff . Only issue we had is the windows , very easy to climb onto for kids and the windows opened just by using the handle so no button to press in first . ((Obviously that’s not an issue everyone will have but if you have children with disabilities you may find this worrying)). Other than that it was clean , everything was as should be and we had everything we need. Very ideal place as it’s right outside the pier

A nicely situated hotel on the seafront. The rooms are very tired but clean. It has a lot of stairs although there is a small lift. I was hoping to have breakfast included but when I arrived it wasn’t included and they could not fit in one person in the dining room for breakfast. I was told there is a Wetherspoons along the seafront if I wanted breakfast. Disappointing! Particularly as I have stayed here before band I know the breakfast is good( one of the reasons I returned!)

Room was ok but not worth £104 a night. Poor sleep due to large air conditioning unit running all night outside my window. Damaged furniture and poor decor. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel needs updating.

Nice three star, limited dining options. Friendly staff. Nice location. Has seen better days. Many OAPs at night venue
