⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay with outstanding service. The staff were friendly, professional, and very attentive throughout our visit. The room was clean, and the bedding was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and offered a good variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Amazing find great staff so very friendly everything has been so thougthfully done. Room and hotel very clean and quiet too Just a short walk to the sea and sunsets Breakfast was well cooked with good choice Its not a full service hotel and they make this clear giving a choice of good local resturants that do need to be booked in advance for meals other than breakfast It was so good we extended our stay and plan to return soon

Another wonderful stay , the hotel is so beautifully decorated clean and owners so friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning is amazing with a fantastic choice cooked to order. The lady serving this is a treasure and can’t do enough for you. Will be back again to this amazing hotel by the sea .

Warm and welcoming couple, Carole and Andrew - he even helped with my luggage.,Loved location and their suggestions of where to dine. Room was cozy with beautiful linens . Had not visited IOW since a child over 60 years ago so loved everything - it did not disappoint . Breakfast was delightful with Bridget. Would visit again.

Fab location, luxurious room with superb bathroom and extra goodies a very nice touch. Loved the honesty bar and putside seating spaces. Very warm welcome at check in. Delicious breakfast. Faultless.

Had a really nice time here... the property is wonderful.. newly refurbished it seemed to a high standard (my wife was impressed with the Elemis products !) . Spotlessly clean. Service was good, and the lounge area, conservatory and garden all add to the extra space.Service was friendly and efficient and a good breakfast. Location quiet and very near the sea. Highly recommend

This was an exceptional stay. We could not find a single thing to fault. The property is amazing, and so are Carol and Andrew. Definitely recommended and we will return.

A wonderful stay as usual!

We had a delightful 4 nights at Sentry Mead. The welcome from Wendy, the decor, the spaciousness cleanliness and comfort of the room and en suite were faultless. Wonderful breakfast cooked by Steve and senved with a smile and a chat by Bridget, who has a great knowledge of local walks. There is a good place to eat witin 5 to 10 mns on foot in the evening, at Sentry Mead doesn't do evening meals and several other options available. Their bar remains open All in all, totally recommend. Iris and Stuart

We were just extremely happy with this little gem of a hotel. The managers, Steve & Wendy were fantastic and loved one’d after us from beginning to end. They had thought of every little detail to make us welcomed and throughout our stay. Everything was clean and the breakfasts were delicious. Plenty of places to relax - super lounge, lovely big conservatory, and a beautiful garden with lots of tables and seating area to enjoy a drink or simply relax. Well appointed for visiting places of interest and superb restaurants. Will definitely return to the Sentry when we next visit the Isle of Wight. Thank you to Steve and Wendy and to the very polite and efficient waitress Bridget!

The staff are customer focused. They go out of their way to be helpful. For a B & B the facilities are very good. Our room was spacious, clean and had everything you need. Breakfast was first class. Just one flaw, the lack of adequate hand rail in the shower. This B & B is probably the best on the island. I would not hesitate to return. Thank you Steve, Wendy and Bridget for providing us with a top class service.
