What a fabulous place to stay! Beautiful location by the river, lovely bar with great garden serving Pizzas on the Friday night from the garden container but a lovely restaurant too (we ate there and it was delicious food). The rooms are lovely and modern & very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful and all in all a fantastic and reasonable priced stay. We will definitely return if we are in the area again! 5*

The members of staff were all very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our evening meals and drinks! The breakfast was not good value for us. We don't have a full English and the choice outside of that e.g.avocado, bowls of yoghurt with prepared fresh fruits were not available, fresh fruit juice would also have enhanced the breakfast. Aside from that we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Lovely stay, good food, great service

This place is a little gem. Situated along the river in a lovely village it’s idyllic. Staff very friendly and helpful and the rooms are lovely. I didn’t have dinner but breakfast was lovely.

Very clean all round. Big TV which makes a change from the little ones in most places. Staff very good. Bathroom good but in our room the rain shower head needed attention has it looked like several holes were blocked and it sprayed everywhere. Only small complaint is if we had the bedroom window open the wind was noisy thro the bedroom door (whistled). It’s also a pity you have to go outside to access the bar and restaurant from the hotel side, poor design. Hotel, food and staff excellent

The room although small was lovely , it was clean with a really lovely view. The meals were excellent , couldn’t fault it. My only complaint was the atmosphere in the bar . Wanting a nice drink after the meal we had to put up with a group of young loud mouthed men whose language was atrocious . Expected bar staff to have a word with them but didn’t until we complained . Spoilt the evening . The staff where very friendly however .

We had a lovely 2 night stay at the 3 Pickerels. The staff were all very friendly. The food was delicious and generous portions. The hotel is ideally situated for our trip into Ely. Would definitely return.

Spot on

We loved our stay here! The countryside was beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfortable and it was updated in a cool modern style. The parking was close and it was just a quaint, cool place! Didn't have enough time to eat there, but judging by the popularity, I'm sure it was good!
