This small hotel felt like you were staying at someone's home! High praise!!

From the lovely friendly welcome to the fond farewell, we could not have asked for a better place to call our home for 3 days, perfect location to walk along the south west coastal path to Valley of the Rocks, 5 min short walk to Lynton Town and 15 minute walk down to Lynmouth. Our room was perfect for the two of us, gorgeous view of the sea from our comfy bed and really peaceful. Sam and Annie are fabulous hosts, who cannot do enough for you, the breakfast was delicious and cooked to perfection. We will certainly be staying here again and will be recommending to all our friends and family.

We booked the wrong room but Sam was brilliant in moving us without a fuss. Accommodation was exceptional, spacious, comfortable and clean. Location was perfect and so quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

What a gorgeous house in a beautiful area, well run by a lovely couple. We had a wonderful stay; this little gem is tucked away on a quiet hillside spot, with breathtaking views of the coast and on the doorstep of lovely walks, and just a few minutes walk to the towns of Lynton & Lynmouth. Our room was lovely; warm, clean and spacious, a pretty and comfortable bed, soft bedding and nice pillows with a great sea view. The communal lounge had a cosy atmosphere, decorated for Christmas and stocked with books, games and a puzzle on the go. The weather wasn’t great so we did spend quite a bit of time indoors so it was nice to have such a pleasant communal area to relax. The boot room was handy, with space to leave muddy boots to dry and umbrella’s to borrow. The breakfast room was light and airy with lovely comfortable furniture. Both rooms have a sea view. The breakfast was outstanding, good quality produce with lots on offer. We had our evening meals at the nearby North Cliff Hotel, food was reasonably priced and very good, as was the service. As the weather was poor it was nice to have this option just a two minute walk away. Our hosts, Sam and Annie, were delightful and accommodating; nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend and we will be back, hopefully we’ll enjoy better weather!

Very nice hotel, room was very nice with a sea view. Bed was very comfortable and en-suite bathroom was a very high standard. Breakfast was very good.

The owners of this beautiful BnB were so lovely and helpful. The view of the sea is stunning and it is very walkable into the town for dinner/shopping. I definitely recommend staying here!

Habitación no muy amplia pero correcta, con buena cama y buena ropa, baño amplio y todo limpio. Los anfitriones muy amables

Really lovely stay. The property is well kept and has everything you could need. Views are not quite the same as in the photos (on their website it does state the view is from a nearby walk) but that doesn’t pull across to Expedia. Still a lovely terrace facing out onto the sea

Best stay ever. The sea views are spectacular. Very calm and tranquil. Lovely games and reading room. Delicious breakfast. Right at the door step of the coastal footpath.

One of the nicest hotel stays we’ve had. The staff were friendly and cheerful and the room was really lovely, with a fabulous view out to sea.

Wonderful stay! Apartment was beautifully decorated and very clean. Everything you need for a longer stay than ours - just perfect! Beautiful view from apartment and contained patio with uninterrupted views.
