Spotless and cosy room, very friendly and professional members of staff, very tasty food. What’s not to like! A great stay!

Lovely village setting staff very nice

Was only for an overnight stay & was a lovely old pub stay. Breakfast was really good.

Room was clean although the bathroom could do with a deep clean (shower area). Staff were very pleasant and the food was delicious. One of the main reasons for booking the Waddington Arms was that the website said they have an EV charger. Upon arrival we found out that it had been removed last year, luckily enough I was able to charge up in clitheroe. I would go back regardless of the lack of charger, although it would have been a bonus

Enjoyed our stay would like to return in Summer so we can make the most of the lovely outdoor area. Really love Waddington Village 👌

Yes everything was excellent

Huge car park. Room was very nice. I needed a walk in shower and one phone call a little while before we were due to go sorted out a room with accessible shower. Set in a pretty village. Breakfast was really good. Evening meal very good too. Extremely pleasant staff. We booked The Waddington arms as we were going to a family wedding being held close by at the Out Barn. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who is in the clitheroe/Waddington area. A good base to explore some lovely countryside.

Old fashioned characterful property, with friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast, good parking, and would imagine a great outside area to the rear on a summers day.

Quaint rural pub in pretty village, close to a small market town of Clitheroe. Staff were lovely, the accommodation is stylish and good quality, Lots of parking safe for solo female travelers.

We stayed for two nights for a local wedding venue. The Pub, Food and drinks and hospitality were excellent ! However The rooms were ‘ok’ but slightly dated now, and in need of some upgrades. But on the whole a great stay 👍

Lovely staff who were very helpful. For a four star hotel there were significant lacks. No grab handle for the in bath shower. No glasses or sufficient towel rails in bathroom. Furniture too rusticated. A beautiful old building but details have been missed.

Been a few times to the Waddington Arms, Good value in a great location,all staff work hard,and are friendly and want to be helpful. We stayed in the new refurbished cottage right next to the pub- all kept clean with good quality towels, changed daily and plentiful, no wardrobe in the room,a robe hook on the bathroom door along with a shelf in shower/ shelf/ cupboard for basin bits and pieces, minor issues really though. Tea / coffee tray/ complimentary biscuits/water, excellent. Back to the pub-great beers and great choice of food at a reasonable price.we will be back! Thanks to all staff.

Loved to room and the staff were excellent. The food was great too. Can’t wait to go again and take the dog!
