Overall is good. (No microwave and no fridge)

There was not a refrigerator or microwave in a 3 bedroom apartment. We asked for extra towels because we had 6 people but only 4 towels were provided. They told me I had to pay for extra towels and I was shocked. I've never experienced this before

Cleanliness of the hotel is average, there were cobwebs on the ceiling. The room is spacious, however there is an extra room that is unfinished. The staff did not assist us well. She should have told us to go outdise, around the building because it is more convenient to get our stuffs to the elevator. What inlove about this hotel is their airport shuttle- very efficient. We only paid for the parking and toll fees. The location is quiet but not easy to find.

The AC was pretty good. Rooms were ok. Too small for soap. Not much of shampoo and bodywash . Paid for the breakfast but not a good deal of food served with the amount paid. I just had two sunny side up eggs with fried rice and soup was ok. I dont know what it is. No fruit served at all.

Missed one of our families breakfast and the staff on the front desk didn't even help us

What a beautiful place to stay! Clean friendly staff a cute cafe in hotel! And a wonderful pool! Would recommend to anyone staying!

Staff was wonderful and the room was far more than expected i only gave 4 stars for 2 reasons. The hotel is about 25 minutes away from the city, i do enjoy my peace but this was much different at times couldnt get a grab service due to it being so secluded and the other reason is lack of life outside the hotel but the staff and facilities were amazing and the other downside is there wasnt a view just other abandoned like buildings.i would still stay here again rate was great and staff made it worth coming back

Make sure to get their breakfast with your stay it totally worth it! Overall it was great the only thing stoping me from rating it 5 star is that they allow solicitors by the lobby. Which is quite annoying when you want to have restful/peaceful vacation. I would suggest maybe just have them have a table on the side with signs and wait to be approached or while checking in briefly let them know about it. But not when you’re already impatiently waiting from a long line to check in.

Breakfast range was limited

Nothing to do with 5 star. Waited 75 minutes for the hotel transfer. First room we got was not the one we booked. Second room had a toilet leak. Third room was ok bit without kimono etc that they offer on the piqtures. Breakfast is very very bad and the staf in the cafe/breakfast is not anywhere service minded. One day they said all is close due to a funktion even though indformation says it is open every day. Roomservice does not work either when the cafe choose to close to hotel guests. Fortuanatly the very nice man in the reception got the ghotel transfer bus to drive to a place with restaurants and to pick us up again. Never the less i recommend to find another hotel, this is not worth stayin at

Nice and accessible

This hotel is located in a ghost town. It looks like it’s close to stuff but you can’t walk there and have to drive all the way around. Any restaurants are Chinese

This is apartments converted to Hotel so you don’t get hotel feeling . Saw small cockroach in our room. Rooms which we got was suite room was big so it’s good for one/two families. Location is not great it feels in the night little weird lot of place around looks like empty and place outside is also little odd. They claim on 6 mins from airport which is totally fake , it’s at least 15 mins away when no traffic with traffic you are looking about 20 mins +

I can't enjoy the pool because it was completely closed on Thursdays. Suttle to pick me up ,didn't show up. I waited one hour at the airport. Breakfast was very poor. No fruits at all. I am vegetarian, so i can eat only Rice and breads.

Place is kind of isolated but security is really tight, which is, in my case, a plus and makes me feel safe. No walkable restaurants though. If you use Grab to go around, it can really be a bit expensive overtime. Overall, I have a good and wonderful stay. Awesome staff.

Clean room, spacious, nice pool

Room was nice and big like stated online, had issues with my paid breakfast at airport transport. Not worth adding before just book the room only if you wanna stay there. No coffee in the room even though there was cream and sugar which was kinda strange. But overall my stay was nice and staff was move
