We stayed over for a 4am trip to airport all ok except not getting the passcode information until 11am the day of check in, clean tidy nice kitchen good room teacher coffee available

The arrangements to access the property were accurate and worked fine. I was very comfortable. My stay was short and sweet, having to leave very early for a morning flight. For me, the name implied a short distance from the airport, and I travelled to Luton by train. - it was a long uphill walk from the station! However it was very easy to arrange a car to pick me up at 4.30 the next morning.

The room didst smell that nice. It was like a misty smell (like dirty washing or smelly socks had been left around for a long time) No milk to make tea or coffee (only powdered) TV didn't work for terrestrial channel's. The room i was in needed some attention with it. Dried paint on the floor and shabby wardrobe.

Ideal for a one night stopover for airport

Staying in this guest house is a luck of the draw; if you got an early morning flight to catch (like us) and want to stay here to get a few hours sleep, then be cautious because if the other guests are noisy, inconsiderate, likes to watch TV and have their kids shouting beyond midnight, then you definitely are not going to be able to sleep at all, as the walls are paper thin and the doors are poorly fitted and slam very easily. There were 2 families stayed there at the same time as us, we were on the same floor and our room was sandwiched between theirs. The kid was running around between the two rooms, shouting and yelling and because the door and wall are so paper thin, we could hear the microwave ding-ing at the downstairs kitchen as they were having late night food. It was a total nightmare and things only started to get calm at around 12:30am and in the end we had about 3hrs sleep before we got up at 4am for a 7am flight. If we knew this would be the conditions of the guest house we wouldn’t stay there even if someone paid us to stay. The hygiene at the guest house was ok, the bathroom was clean considering it was a guest house not a hotel. There were stains on the wall and the curtains in our room though.

Tv didnt work. Other guests tennants were noisy

accommodation with shared kitchen and shared bathroom, kitchen was extremely dirty. Room was tidy , but number of spiders / cob webs.

Was very clean, easy to check in the only downfall was the pillows are paper thin other than that amazing

Good place and good conditions. Our host was very friendly and he was thinking everything for our comfort. I recommend it!

Charming House Near Luton Airport, This property boasts an excellent location, making it the ideal place to stay during my trip to London. Just a short walk from both Luton Airport and the train station, it offered convenient access to the city. The accommodation was lovely and fully equipped with everything I needed. I highly recommend it!
