Very nice resort but not suitable for kids/babies. There was not much to do for our infant.

Amazing resort, service, rooms, food, pools. It's paradise. 100% recommend. Get ready to spend some money though. Totally worth it.

The property is beautiful! The staff and service were exceptional. We had an electrical problem in our bathroom on Saturday and the electrical engineer, David Lociseron, left us the kindest note wishing us a happy anniversary. It’s that personal touch that really impressed me. I will definitely return to the property.

Be aware about the credit card SCAM ! I celebrated my 50th Birthday on March 2025. My partner and I had a restaurant reservation for 11 people and two nights stay in St. Regis Longboat Key Resort. Here’s the start of the PROBLEM: I got charged twice for the stay (paid through Expedia and then I got charged directly from the hotel). When I checked out, this mistake was acknowledged by the front desk representative. The overcharged money was supposed to be refunded in a few days…but its already end of May 2025 & the disputed money has not been refunded yet! I called their accounting department twice and both times I was asked to wait for 10 days. Result: NOTHING!... After multiple phone calls I finally received an apology letter and I was told that I got an approval from the manager, but to wait another 10 days. When I did not receive my $3,180, I called again but this time I wanted to ask for the transaction number so I can check it with my bank. However, the accounting department never bothered to respond to my phone calls and messages. So after 2 personal stops at the hotel, multiple phone calls with false reassurances and almost 2 months of waiting, since I opened the case, the PROBLEM IS STILL OPEN and UNRESOLVED! As a local resident I was excited to have five stars hotel nearby, but what a terrible experience and disappointment at the end.

Need a better system for assigning chairs around adult pool...also beach lounger experience needs to be upgraded to be more luxurious probably sun beds with shade...also first day adult pool too warm waterfall was offsecond day waterfall on but was ice cold soadult pool was a bit cool must do better at keeping pool 83 degrees as most luxury pools do...also pool side service at adult pool was slow

Everything was wonderful. Gorgeous property and the lagoon experience is amazing.

Darin and the staff at the beach, pool, valet, housekeeping, butler, FD, restaurants were all fabulous. loved nightly turndown service. room was clean and comfortable. balcony large. food at CW prime, Aura were excellent as was breakfast at Riva and the coffee/baked goods at Carolinas. loved the Lagoon experience, feeding the tortoises and the lazy river. great staff for these activities as well. can’t wait to go back. thx St Regis!

The staff was very kind and eager to help from the valet room, service bartenders, etc. the weather was cold, but had heaters to help.

Beautiful new hotel

We arrived on the 3 of November the resort was fully recovered from the hurricane, check in was perfect, lobby very nice, lots of light and views. Room was very nice and nice view. Had dinner at Riva food was good, Jose our server was great. Next day we had breakfast at Riva, service was off, coffee took for ever order mixed up, did not have toasted English muffin but served eggs Benedict. Food was mediocre, buffet was very simple and weak offering. Breakfast next day was much better service and we love the pancakes amazing. Pool and beach service was great lazy river and aquarium was great. First night our tv did not work properly and had to switch rooms, and the pillows had a humidity nasty smell asked to replace but new ones still had the smell. Valet staff were great and very friendly. AC kept changing the temperature to 68 at the middle of the night annoying. It’s a brand new props and I know they have to iron out all the details. Love the property and definitely will be back.

Everyone was very accommodating and helpful. The facility’s are gorgeous and modern. Top notch quality all around amazing.

Wonderful hotel. Everything from the valet to the front desk was acceptional. I would highly recommend the St Regis in Longboat Key
