Very nice place, the only downside is there were no blackout curtains. So in June, we were woken up very early by the light. Also from the children going to the school right next door. Other than that bed was comfy, very clean and had a very nice welcoming.

Our three-day trip wouldn’t have been the same if we didn’t stay here! The owners are beautiful people and they were great hosts, they gave us all the information needed to enjoy our stay! Plus the Orange room was beautiful and with all the amenities needed for two people On the other side, if, like us, you going to a concert in the O2, this place it’s perfect and also really well connected to the rest of the city by the Victoria line!

Clean, well presented, lovely place for a short stay. Will use again if in the area.

Lovely comfortable room.it was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The house was very quiet and was close to town. Handy if attending Brixton academy.

Lovely place, the room was clean, conveniently placed and affordable. The man who runs it was lovely, welcoming and gave us some good food recommendations. We will be staying here again!

The owners are really lovely and friendly. I didnt have to ask for anything additional for the one night I stayed but they gave the impression of being happy to help with most things. The check in instructions were really clear, as well as the room being exactly as advertised. It was insanely helpful to be able to drop bags off early on check in day as well as leave them after check out. The location was great for the music venues near by and the walk to the tube station or shops was flat and short. There were also bus stops close to the house and not too much road noise in the night. I would definitely recommend and would stay again if ever in that area of London again :)

Extremely comfortable bed with very high quality linens. Lovely spacious room with great light and brilliant location. The area is very quiet, but it is an older house and a bit creaky. Noise that is! The room and en suite were very clean and well maintained.

very clean and cosy. i used it as a single traveller visiting family who live nearby in brixton. close to bus and underground into heart of london. shops close by. friendly owners who will chat or leave you be as you need. very restful.

Just what I wanted for a 1 night stay.

Clean room, friendly host, overall nice accommodations that are good value for the location. However, you can hear everything happening from outside your door, so you're not likely to get a lie-in if that's what you're looking for.

Perfect location, beautiful room. Wonderful host. Will definitely return.

So quaint, so lovely. Loved the plenty of tea, coffee and milks. Lovely host, great writeup on table of things to do, where things are!
