Everywhere was very clean, nice supply of tea, coffee and biscuits, and toiletries. Staff were nice. On arrival the small car park was full. It was also so narrow that I had to reverse onto a busy street to get out. We had to park a short walk down the road in a free public car park. The room also unbearably hot with no air conditioning. The window opening was restricted and the fan just circulated warm air.

Room clean and tidy and staff helpful but general appearance quite poor. Had to park on street as car park was full. No onsite food but good takeaway list provided.

Always happy to stay at Rothwell House. Staff are always helpful. The building is older with a glorious winding staircase. Showers are usually good and hot, but not at 2am. Beds comfortable. Parking is tight during the week. Don't forget to put your reg number in the machine!

Parking was easy but sometimes its full. But still can be parked near by street.

Hotel room was shocking. Hand prints on the wall and sweat marks where peopls heads have been when laying on ths bed. Dirts was engrained into the carpet. I was considering leaving and looking for another hotel but as i was staying for one night i decided to stay. I will not stay at the rothwell hotel again unfortunately.

Friendly staff and a clean, comfortable room. I booked a double bed, but they provided two single beds.

The room was very very small, never actually stayed in a smaller room ever. The shower was either hot or cold, not possible to find a middle temperature. Not enough parking space which caused a problem but managed to find street parking in the end - definitely not only hotel residents who used the car park!

Room was basic but clean and comfortable.Checkin no problem. .Good value for money

Greeted on arrival and shown to our room which was clean and comfortable and spacious. The car park was convenient and the location of the hotel was ideal for our needs.

The man on reception was very kind and helpful. The room smelled very strongly of room freshener and the bathroom strongly of chlorine but there was still mould around the bathroom. The bed was hard and uncomfortable though the linen was spotlessly clean.
