At check-in, I was asked, "Do you have a room preference?" I didn't. So I was offered a 4th floor choice with a view of Pike's Peak. You guys know how to hook a new customer. I'll be looking for Extended Stay Suites from now on!

Check in is slow, bathroom wasn’t spotless (somebody else’s hair in the sink), but otherwise was really good. Quiet. Comfy bed.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was such a joke, it wasn’t even a joke. The “gym” was 2 elliptical and a bike. No free-weights. Room was great, but noisy.

I've never stayed at an Extended Stay hotel. It was a wonderful first impression and we will be using them in the future!

Garden suite was poorly cleaned and poorly maintained. The restaurant that was important to have on site was closed.

Just needed a place to lay our head before kicking off home. It was clean and comfortable. Didn’t stay long enough for breakfast but did not appear there was going to be much on offer as we left at 0555. But it’s ok. We didn’t mind. Just throwing it out there for those who come after.

Definitely will stay here when I’m in town again

Das Zimmer ist zweckmäßig und modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Minuspunkte: * das Fenster lässt sich nicht öffnen, auch nicht um die üblichen 29 cm * der Kühlschrank ist recht laut * das Frühstück ist mehr als dürftig

This is a comfortable welcoming property. Enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was a disappointment.

Everything was great and very new. Only minor complaint: breakfast was just grab and go—granola bars, oatmeal packets, clementines, yogurt.

I would stay there again The breakfast could be a bit more & need a coffee pot in the room

Check in was supposed to be at 3, we arrived at 2:40pm. We needed to leave the hotel at 4 for an appointment. We were tild as we walked in to check in that our room wasnt ready yet and would just be a few minutes, so we sat in the 2 chairs in the libby. While sitting there, multiple guests came to check in and were given rooms quickly, however several people were also told their room was not ready and would be a couple minutes. We ended up waiting an HOUR and 15 minutes gour our room to be ready! At this time it was a little after 4, we were checked in and went to our room. Upon opening the door, it was exactly as the previous guests left it! Bedding obviously used, towels left on the floor and kit hen with cups and other stuff all over it. We actually did not walk into the room because it was not ready for us. We went to the front desk, not so nicely explained what we saw and asked for our money back!

Large room, clean, bed extremely comfortable, quiet, which stay there again

Arrived at 6pm and room wasn’t ready. Front desk said we had to wait at least another hour and they would see if it was possible to get rooms cleaned up. No comfortable place to wait, no support. Other couple arrived and got a room immediately. Absolute disrespect

Basically a brand new hotel, friendly staff, easy check in. Hotel is located in a newer part of the city, so eating options are somewhat limited, but there is more than a few restaurants not too far.

Room & facility was adequate however it lacked amenities I enjoy such as coffe in the room. Although it provided small breakfast in the lobby area, there was no coffee or other breakfast items & desk clkerk was no where to be found.
