Muy bonito y acogedor. Muy cerca de la comuna 13 y la 70. Los empleados del hotel son muy atentos. Los cuartos los limpian a diario. Definitivamente volveria a quedarme en el hotel.Quiero darle las gracias a todos los empleados por el buen trato.

Cuartos espaciosos y amplios. area residencial muy tranquila. En General Buen Hotel. Si los cuartos se escuchan las conversaciones de otros cuartos y es un poco incomodo. Pero en general buen area para quedarse tranquilo, a unos 15 minutos del estadio y la calle 70 que hay muchas areas de comidas y local tanto nocturna como diario. Si es retirado del poblado, so tomar en consideracion para actividades y transportacion

I like everything, the hotel was beautiful and clean. The rooms were spacious, cozy, clean. The hotel personnel were very helpful.

Rooms are as described in the pictures, we really had a nice time, amazing night view and the staff were all amazing….. definitely recommend and will be back…. Checking in process was smooth and easy. Best stay in Medellin!!!

Primera ves en Colombia y vuelvo a quedarme en el mismo hotel me encantó se los recomiendo esta asecible a todo muy tranquilo el desayuno muy bueno se los recomiendo y gracias a joanys q nos ayudó muy buena comunicación

Firenze Lofts is exactly what I want in a property -- small enough to get personal service, but large enough to a super professional staff. It is one of the greatest price points for quality returned -- that I have ever experienced. The units are the size of a studio apartment. The kitchen is bigger and more modern than what I have in my full sized house. Same goes for the bathroom -- clean, modern, spacious with plenty of hot water in the big shower. The elevator works fine and I never heard any noise from guests. The unit comes with a large, private balcony. The only small drawback is the unit available when I booked comes with two twin beds -- and they cannot bring in a full sized bed. As I travel solo, I am used to a king or queen bed room -- not a pair of twins. A twin bed is somewhat small for a grown up. But the property more than made up for it with a well-equipped room with tons of outlets, lighting options and a powerful AC unit. Frienze Lofts is in Laureles -- an upper middle class are that is super flat and walkable -- compared to other areas of hilly Medellin. They always try to steer anglos to Poblado. I think this location is 10 times nicer and more authentic. I loved walking less than 15 minutes to the inexpensive elevated Metro train. One electronic card can be used for the trains, trams, gondola cars to the upper hills and endless city buses. Firenze lofts is in a green, leafy area next to a small waterway. The staff is amazing at this hotel.10 stars!

Firenze lofts is a very nice place. It’s clean, friendly customer service, and has calming atmosphere. The ladies at the front desk helped us find the tour guide and transportation to make our stay in Medellin fun.

The ladies that work at the front desk (Vicky, Laura, and Yoani) are very polite, patient, and helpful. They helped us register for our tours and arrange the transportation. They were able to answer every question we had. They always had a friendly smile to greet us. The room was so cozy. The balcony was a nice place to hang out at night because the neighborhood was very quiet. I like that there was a mini kitchen in case we wanted to cook. The bathroom was spacious. The restaurant for breakfast was also nice. It’s a quick, easy walk. There is also a minimart by the restaurant to get whatever we needed. Firenze was really nice and I would stay there again.

Excelente lugare, excepto que no tienen secador de pelo y plancha de ropa.

Los empleados Yohannis y Carlos muy atentos y amables. El lugar muy bonito y con muchos restaurantes cerca. Lo único que no me gustó es q en mi habitación una familiar los baños eran demasiado pequeños (incómodos) por lo demás todo bien. Otro inconveniente fue q separe por el app a un precio y cuando fui a pagar me cobraron otro (como $150 más). No sé si es culpa de Expedia o del hotel, hice el l reclamo, pero los tuve q pagar.

La propiedad está ubicada en una zona tranquila. Lugar muy bonito, limpio y con una vista hermosa. El anfitrión muy atento y amable. Además, brindan información sobre Tours, opciones de transporte y lugares o aplicaciones para recobir comida.

The hotel was in a good area, breakfast was great and the staff too! I definitely recommend this property!
